Good cleaner, poor dryer

I bought this for only $400 at Black Friday 2019. For that price it's a good value, but you get what you pay for when it comes to drying ability.

Very nice and helpful sales people. I am a little disappointed with the dishwasher as I didn't expect the dishes to be wet when using the 'dry' setting. My fifteen year old dishwasher was able to get the dishes dry and the machine I bought is brand new and fairly expensive.
