The configuration of the racks, especially the lower rack, is poor. If items are placed in adjoining slots they usually touch so it is difficult to make full use of the available area.

Our only complaint is that the different cycles could be easier to distinguish what they do without pulling the manual out before use. And it has a power on tone that I don't think is really needed. All in all, it been a nice machine.

There is a large section on the bottom rack that prevents me from placing dishes in the center. It also turns on very easily. When I lean against the counter it often turns on.

We made a counter top for it and put it at the same level as the range ( it is between the fridge and the range) Solved our problem! as there is no water connection in that spot! It looks stylish and is very functional. I don't think a cabinet made to order would have been any cheaper!

Love how the dividers are collapsible making the overall space exactly what you need. The utensil holder is a plus because it keeps them separated. The only thing I've noticed is the front facing on control is very sensitive, turning on when leaned against. Other than that it was a great purchase.
