We purchased this LG Dishwasher and had it installed by Best Buy. No issues on the install and it was completed in about 45 minutes. It washes as expected and is quite while running. I would have given this a 5 Star review but we have two negative issues. The drying time is excessively long. It does not use a heating element, but it claims that if you choose the correct settings and use rinse free agent that it will completely dry, not so. We run it at night and have it set for the longest dry cycle and have the rinse aid set at 4. Almost everything gets dry, but if you have a ridge in a pan or a dip in the bottom of a cup or wine glass, it puddles and does not dry. The other issue is the fan it uses to vent makes a VERY HIGH pitch and is slightly noisy. One other minor issue, there's no Pause on this unit. Overall it cleans to our expectations and to date we've had no major issues.

This dishwasher is quiet and efficient. There is plenty of space inside for all your dishes/utensils. It cleans everything the first time and we've used it a lot!

The dishwasher is very easy to use and is extremely quiet. You do not even know it is working until the chimes go off to say "All done". The dishwasher also looks very nice in the kitchen.

Love this Dishwasher! Sleek looking and very quiet! The control panel and hidden display look great in the kitchen when you turn the dishwasher on. Lots of great features and cycles. Could not be happier!

I had a problem starting the dishwasher because you have to have rince aid in the container, I have not used this product. I feel they should have given me a sample with the machine. The front controls are very sensitive and I have turned it on when going into the cabinet over the machine. I love the fact that it shows how long it has to run, also the dishes, glasses and even the pots have been cleaned.

I bought the black stainless steel as that is what was available immediately. It looks good and was easy to install. It cleans well with adjustable racks.

Excellent price on this dishwasher, quieter than the Bosch we replaced and has several awesome features and a 10 year motor warranty. Love it!

Cleans well, quiet, efficient, accessible controls. The installation crew was top notch and communicated well. Having run the machine on a couple of different cycles, the only change I would make would be to allow the silverware tray to be relocated at will to the front edge of the lower tray, and perhaps include a similar, smaller odds and ends tray for the top shelf.

Brought this Dishwasher a few weeks ago & loves it! Really good price, looks great & works perfectly! Will recommend it to everyone! Awesome!!!

This dishwasher looks so modern The digital controls light up/super looking. Inside, the utensil holder is not on backside of the door which is so smart. Cleans great & so quiet!

Purchased December 2019 and now June 2024 the dishwasher has broken. I purchased an entire LG kitchen, LG washer and dryer, based on Consumer Reports reliability rankings, so this is very disappointing the dishwasher has died. I contacted LG and they say the control board warranty is only 2 years and not the 5 years as listed on Best Buy. They would love to send out a repairman of course and they have encouraged me to buy a new dishwasher and check out their current promotions.

My LG and I are still getting acquainted. I haven’t had it a month yet. So far we love each other. I am still learning how to place my dishes...all dishwasher racks are different. What can I say? Once I was convinced to use the rinse aid, all is well. My dishes come out dry. I don’t have to wash the dishes before I put them in the machine and even dried on spaghetti residue disappears. Best of all, it is so quiet. There are times when I don’t hear it at all. Nice feature to have because I live in a condo in which the kitchen is right in the middle. Lovely. Still new to me but so far I am delighted.

Our kitchen is part of a larger great room where our main tv is so we were looking for a quiet dishwasher that could run while we watch tv. Have had for a couple of months now and no problems with it or its operation thus far. Only thing I would reconsider is having chosen a model with the front control panel vs the top hidden one. We accidentally turn it on by brushing past it while working on the countertop almost daily.

I can not believe how quiet this dishwasher is. It is easy to use and dishes are completely clean every time. What more could I want. I would recommend this dishwasher to my family and friends.

This thing is so quite, can't really tell if it's on or not. Has plenty of room for large pots and pans. Does show finger prints through on the stainless finish.

Extremely Quiet when running and really like the cycle options! This machine gives a new way to manage dishwashing and remain cost efficient with energy because it does not have the heating element common in other older dishwashers. This LG uses built up heat from the water cycle, and has options for raising the temperature of the water to sanitize dishes--all in order to dry them perfectly without spots. I am very impressed with the technology in this dishwasher. Thanks!

Everything works as it's supposed to, dishes get very clean, it is a quiet dishwasher. In comparison to my previous dishwasher, although it doesn't have as much room inside. I am loading and unloading dishes more frequently. I don't particularly like that aspect. Otherwise, it appears to be good.

This dishwasher is amazing. It’s quiet, quieter than almost all in this same price range. I was a little worried about the buttons and lights on the front of the dishwasher. Generally I like the smooth front panel with just a handle. After having it installed I don’t even see it. The lights are on only when the dishwasher is activated by touch and they are a friendly white light instead the old green light. Cleans phenomenally, no issues dishes don’t have to be completely cleaned before you put them in the dishwasher. I wouldn’t go putting plates with pieces of food but stick on debris comes right off.

Installation was straightforward. The leg placement makes it easy to pull the unit out when needed which was not the case with my previous unit. I think it would be nice if the install kit was not a separate purchase. This dishwasher is very quiet and cleans well. The timer lights up so you can easily see how much time is left, from across the room. The user manual is intuitive. So far I am pleased with the purchase and I liked the price.
