Had a problem with new dishwasher smelling like it was burning hot oil. After 13 runs, it stopped smelling and everything is great now. Love the dishwasher

We recently built a new home and decided to go with LG products - we are very impressed. The dishwasher is so quiet you can't hear it during the cycle.

Great machine. Works well. Wish it was a little quieter.

The product itself so far (after 1 week of using) is great. The service relates to GETTING the product, specifically installing the product, was very poor. When purchasing the product from Best Buy, we opted to add on the installation of the product. First, the install team came and told us we needed to buy 2 more parts. They showed us what parts to buy. Then we had to call back to reschedule a return visit. The scheduling itself was awful — took several days of many attempts to get through, just to schedule. Then when they finally came back the 2nd time, they told me actually, this was the wrong part (even though I purchased exactly what the told me to). I asked them if they could wait while I ran to the hardware store to buy the part, they refused. I asked them what part, specifically, I needed. They said they didn’t know, that maybe I should get a plumber. For an add-on service, I find this horrible. We reached out to our sales rep from Best Buy to ask for guidance, no reply. Emailed a 2nd time, about a week later, still no reply. I was really happy with our experience buying appliances at Beat Buy, until this happened.

We just built our house and got this appliance package and I do not have any complaints so far works great. The dishwasher works great it’s fairly quiet

I went LG because I didn't realize that a dishwasher were different sizes. Purchased a Samsung that was to small on the inside. The LG gave me the same room as a 1000$ Samsung at half the price. Better washing too

Great unit. Great price. Cleans dishes better than dishwashers costing way more!

This is a very quiet machine you don't have to worry about waiting to run until bed time so you don't have to listen to it.

Old dishwasher just wasn’t cutting it talk to a sales representative at Best Buy recommended this dB were way quieter than most can barely even hear it run I would recommend this to any one

It has all the bells and whistles for the price compared to other similar models. Looks sturdy. And it's an LG.. Highly recommended

Only negative... dishes not completely dry after cycle so I leave door cracked open to air dry. Very quiet!

I’ve had this machine about two weeks. It’s easy to use, and my dishes look amazing. The installer did a great job with getting the machine into a tricky spot.

Had to buy in a hurry. Was able to do alot of research on the product. But i love it. Works great. Was easy to i stall.

Purchased this item for our new home after the original one died. It does everything it should. It has a lot of features (probably more than I would use) as I’m still trying to get used to them!

I have never owned a brand new dishwasher, but this one is great!! I thought my old one(80) model cleaned their got this one and it sure does get the gunk off your dishes!!

This was a replacement for a much more expensive machine. I have to say we are equally impressed. Cleans and is quiet.

Does a great job washing and rinsing. Lot's of wash and rinse cycles and is very quiet. The biggest drawback is it doesn't dry dishe, no heating element like most . Too much trouble installing to return for a different one! Dishes are still wet and covered with water when done. Fan dry isn't strong enough to dry dishes!

This model is so much quieter than I'm used to! My previous one was so loud I only ran it at night. This one can be ran anytime of the day. I also love the overnight dry feature.

We like that we don’t need to rinse first, just wipe off the big pieces of food into the trash before loading the dishwasher. It has so many choices and functions that are unnecessary for our family’s needs and one would need to study and refer to the manual in order to know how to get it to perform some of the functions - way too complicated for me. But for basic daily needs, it’s perfect. We like the look of the stainless steel interior, too.
