Purchased this washer 2/17/18 and within six months the control panel started to beep and strobe erratically during the cycles but was still functional. It went on another six months until the erratic and strobing of the control panel finally would stop/shut the machine mid cycle. This would happen almost on all of the normal/auto cycles. If you google the issue with this dishwasher model, you’ll see plenty of Reddit posts on the same issues. I finally called Geek Squad to file a claim on 9/2019 and they replaced the control panel. This one claim will exhaust your Geek Squad warranty which I wasn’t aware of until I got the email. By April 2020, the beeping and strobing of the control panel has returned. It is still functioning but it’ll probably be a matter of time before it starts shutting down mid-cycle again.

RUNS QUIET AND I LIKE IT. I AM NOT SURE IF I LIKE NOT HAVING A HANDLE. NEXT TIME I WILL GET THE HANDLE.

So far so good! My dishes does not have spot anymore and it is very clean. the space is good. I think that could be faster and use cold water too, but... that's fine.

This is one of the quietest dishwashers that I have ever owned. I love the fact that you don’t even know that it’s running.

Quick install and professional installers make this a no-brainer. LG is a quality product that does the job.

The size of the interior is much bigger than we expected and definitely bigger than our previous dishwasher. As a result, we are able to load the dishwasher with more dishes and run it less frequently than our previous dishwasher. All in all, that makes for less time emptying and more time doing other, more enjoyable activities. In addition, the different cycle features are amazing and easy to understand and use. We are definitely very pleased with the addition of our new dishwasher.

Great dishwasher with lots of options. I do wish it had somewhere to put long utensils and large knives but other than that love it.

it's so much quieter than my previous dishwasher. Price and setup was better than anyone else offered. I will always go to Best Buy whenever I need appliances and electonics.

Stainless steel looks great. I had one hell of a time installing the washer because of how the anchoring clips work and my formica counter top that does not allow for drilling/screwing to anchor the machine. The drying performance is not what I expected and the first few times I used it there was residual rinse agent and/or soap in my drinking glasses.

We just purchased this dishwasher after a week of searching and researching. The price was very competitive and the unit has performed well so far. The only disappointment was the noise level was not whisper quiet as many of the reviews had stated. Kudos to Best Buy in that the delivery was on time and they even hauled away our old unit.

Got the washer installed and everything has worked great so far. Installers were done with the install and took my old one away in minutes. Washes like a champ!

Very easy installation. Quiet but has cool tunes when starting a load of dishes and when it finishes.

This dishwasher has so many different settings to choose from. You can also download the app, and add another setting. I also love the fact that it is very, very quiet.

This is the cleanest washing dishwasher I have ever owned. Used the drying additive and everything came out sparkling.

We bought this dishwasher, out of necessity. Having said that, this was a great purchase. It fits pots, pans and more dishes than we could in our last dishwasher!

This dishwasher is easy to use and works well. It fits in with my full family of LG appliances. Hook up was easy and the look is very nice.
