The service at Best Buys was great! Very nice and helpful sales people. I am a little disappointed with the dishwasher as I didn't expect the dishes to be wet when using the 'dry' setting. My fifteen year old dishwasher was able to get the dishes dry and the machine I bought is brand new and fairly expensive.

I really like this dishwasher. Have not used the features entirely yet but the washer does it job well and is exception quiet.

I like this dishwasher it is quiet and it has energy saver setting you can open up the bottom rack to put pans and large items.

This LG dishwasher is very quiet and is fingerprint resistant. I love it!!

This LG dishwasher works great! I like the adjustable top shelf and the touch controls and LED readout of time! The little tune it plays st the end of the cycle is very nice. It has 2 things I don't like about it! First it takes 3 hours for a normal wash cycle and extra dry time if you want your dishes dry! Second, it is much louder than our previous dishwasher which was a Bosch!

Bought open box and Geek Squad installed. Works great. Happy with washer and installation. Only problem was a kick plate missing.

I want to note that I have had this dishwasher for several months now and have had zero issues. It is a great dishwasher!! It really cleans the dishes well and it drains very well and leaves the dishes spotless!!!

Whisper quiet, easy to read display panel, and cleaning the dishes effortlessly, this washer is a good appliance for the money.

Spent a lot of time researching. This model was rated high. I could have spent a lot more money but this one hit all the marks. It does what it shoud; cleans dishes. It does the best when run at night so the fan can dry the dishes properly. No more huge clouds of steam and too hot dishes. Some of the racks are a bit flimsy, won't lock into place as well as I would like but it won't cause problems. Some of the controls are a bit too easy to bump into. It does the job and does it well.

Bought in April ....installed in May.....broke in August .....getting LG out to service it is a joke ......a bunch of back and forth over 2 weeks so far and no one schedule to come fix it yet , told just now by LG I should hear something within 5 days SMH.......bought GeekSquad protection but since it broke within manufacturer's warranty they are responsible for getting it fixed. I understand this isn't a life or death situation because we can wash dishes by hand but if I wanted to do that I wouldn't have bought the dishwasher in the first place!

I am very...very please with my selection of LG for my new appliance package. This is the most efficient DW I have ever had. And...quiet!

Great price, with up to date features. Replacing my 20 year old model. Great purchase.

It is louder than I thought it would be. Fan is loud. Had to disable the chiming for washing during the night. Have to rinse plated pretty good prior to loading as it left residue otherwise. Definitely do not pay for installation. Over charged for the half butt installation effort. Had to fix it myself.
