You must use Jet Dry to get the dishes dry. The manufacturer designed it that way as they say, it's designed to work with Jet dry. The problem with a dishwasher is that once it's installed you must take it out to return it. I wasn't willing to do that, so it currently serves my needs even though I occasionally must hand dry the dishes to put them away.

I have a LG double oven and also a washing machine and dryer. I have been impressed with the other products so I got this dishwasher. Works exactly as advertised. I did have a plumber put the product in. We did a kitchen remodel so he was already working on everything else. I helped him and we had it in and working in about 10 minutes. Seems to be very durable and nice.
