It took some adjustment getting used to this model. It is much noisier and takes a long time for the wash cycle. I am not sure if that's a water saving feature?

Main control board looses it brains.

The problem is the main control board in it keeps loosing it brains and we have to reset it by turning off the circuit breaker off for 30 seconds and then back on. LG’s customer service and support is not easy to work with. Change the main control board out and the problem remains. I don’t think any new LG products we be in my future purchases.

This machine just got installed but it is too sensitive to touch - just a light brush of my clothes turns it on or off and messes up the washing cycle which is too long to start with anyway and then I have to start all over otherwise it won't dry the contents. I am very frustrated. Is there a solution to the drying issue?
