There was an issue on the installation address, and when I tried to call I was caught in a telephone loop that would NEVER let me speak to a human. By chance I pushed some random buttons and a human happened to answer. He actually told me I should have KNOWN to call "this number", and keep me on the phone for 12 minutes scolding me! He was condescending and rude. I later called the "GEEK SQUAD" to try and relay my issue but was told they could not help me ...basically they DO NOT CARE AFTER THE SALE. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. It is mind blowing that after the first 2 bad reviews NOT ONE MEMBER HAS REACHED OUT TO ME TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED OR TRY TO KEEP ME AS A CUSTOMER..But, I have a choice where I spend my hard earned money and they will never see another dollar from me!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT EXPECT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE DURING OR AFTER THE SALE! By the way, the dishwasher works fine AFTER MY HUSBAND HAD TO INSTALL IT!
