There is no reason for it to just stop working after 4 days of use, except for it being defective or, possibly, an internal fuse went out somehow. Still, fact remains, it did not wash well when in use and the dishes were still dirty. Rinse-aid and recommended detergent were used as directed and still, the dishes remained dirty.

After one month of use it wont turn on

It just died basically. Technician has come three times to try to fix and was unable . LG customer service is awful ,they wont help us any more

I requested to be directed towards a quiet dishwasher when I was shopping in store But this one is disturbing if we are watching tv or entertaining guests. We are reduced to only doing a cycle overnight or when we leave our home.

It worked ok for the first year and change. Now the service tech has been to our house 5 times in the last 2 month and I still dont have a working dishwasher.

The specs originally said app controlled but when I got it installed turns out the app had been discontinued and was no longer available. From the start the cleaning wasn't as good as my previous washer. Bowls and cups were fairly frequently not entirely clean and needed to be rewashed. Now, about 19 months later then main board on it died. I would stay away from this. My other LG appliances have been good (washer, dryer, range) so not totally adverse to the brand but this dishwasher is not good.
