It started off with giving us error codes, not starting and the time just flashing. Each time we had to google what was wrong and spend hours fixing and resetting. We had a plumber come out 2x bc water would sit in the bottom and not drain. The dishes often were not clean and the soup would still be in the dispenser. After 9 months of fooling with it we’re done. Now we need to buy another dishwasher. We will NOT be purchasing another LG.

The error code AE came on again about 6 months after the first AE code was fixed after waiting weeks for the part. I'm not having it fixed again just to wait and see if it breaks down again. Getting a Bosch.

Dishwasher stopped working literally 40 days after I bought it, displaying a motor error. Best Buy won't return anything after 15 days. LG would not replace unless the machine was "not repairable". LG has the worst customer service ever. Also, when it did work, the machine smelled moldly because it did not dry the dishes good enough.

This dishwasher almost immediately started having problems with the electronic controls. Had an AE code that required a service call. Has happened twice since then. Not dependable. Would not recommend.
