Inconsistently works, cuts out, you never know what you will get. Manufacturer warranty covered repair, come out replace two parts works for a few months and starts inconsistently working again. Purchased a best buy protection plan which is a waste of time and money. 918 dollars total for a brand new barely working item.

This is hands down the worst dishwasher I've every owned. The day after this dishwasher was installed, it started leaking. I immediately called Best Buy to exchange it for a different model (LG dishwashers are affordable, but notoriously bad, come to find out, but it's highly likely this dishwasher is defective). Best Buy customer service gave me the complete runaround and gave me the wrong information, resulting in a 2-week delay. By that time, the dishwasher was no longer returnable. I'm not one to write negative reviews, but I had to in this case. So, now I have to beg LG to replace the dishwasher, which they likely will since I've owned it less than a month. Best Buy is the worst. Their customer service is a joke! Go to Home Depot or Lowe's to purchase appliances. Or buy directly from the manufacturer.
