My only "complaint" would be that the controls are hard to read without bending down very close to them. Appears to be a very well made machine.

As a first troubleshooting step, please check that the dishwasher is level front‑to‑back and side‑to‑side using a carpenter’s level; an unlevel installation can cause water to pool and overflow. Next, inspect the float switch located at the bottom of the tub—make sure it moves freely and isn’t obstructed by debris, and confirm the drain hose is installed with a high loop (or air gap) above the flood level rim to prevent backflow.

The dishwasher is great. Best Buy hired a contractor who damaged my home in 2 places during installation. Not only that but they installed it so poorly that when Geek Squad came out and looked at it, they told me "do not use this dishwasher as installed". They scheduled removal of the original and installation of a new dishwasher because somehow that would be quicker than sending someone to correct what had been done wrong. The dishwasher sat in my house unusable for about 3 weeks through the holidays when I needed it the most, before the new one was delivered and installed...correctly this time. I asked them not to send the same contractors that botched it the first time, but they did. Once it was all set, I contacted Best Buy about a "make good" for my inconvenience of not having a dishwasher for 3 weeks and having to take a second day off work for installation. A $65 gift card is what they offered. I told them I should at least get credit for the $250 price of the installation. I spoke with multiple people, all of who claimed it's out of their hands. There's a calculator that they use to determine the make good and it is what it is. That's how Best Buy treats their customers. Send contractors who do a terrible job, leave you with an appliance you can't use for 3 weeks, send the same contractors back to your house, require you to take another day off work, and tell you $65 is all your convenience is worth. Maybe that's why the store is always empty.

Many if not most dishes come out wet after the wash even after using all available drying options. We have to pull out the racks and let the load air dry (which can take hours) unless we hand dry them. Any plastic items will be very wet after washing. 2. Rack configuration is very inflexible for anything but standard-sized plates, bowls and drinking glasses. There is a big gap between the front and back sections on the bottom rack, which leaves an unused area if you aren’t washing large pots and pans. 4. Unfortunately, we are past the 15 day return date because there were no installation dates available soon after delivery. 4. The plumbers who came to install the dishwasher wanted to charge an additional $150 plus over the installation fee we already paid to BB due to local codes. This may not be BB’s fault, but BB gave us no warning that this could occur.
