The dishes were soaking wet and smelled of detergent after the very long cycle. Thank goodness Best Buy let me replace it, although it took it took many months to do so. We ended up with the Bosch 800 and it’s the best!!!

First of all, there is NO room for the 3rd rack, it's just taken room off the top rack. Secondly, I'm using Cascade Platinum which advertises no pre-wash. If I don't pre-wash any residue & scrub, it comes out needing to be washed again & residue scrubbed off before, even spices from coffee cups. Also use the Extra Dry (overnight), otherwise I had water spots on glass.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this to replace my 8 years dependable dishwasher however it started to leak, Normal doesn't clean it at all even though it took 2.5 hours, you would have to run it on Auto but it takes 3.5 hours to complete a cycle regardless of how unsoiled the dishes were, Auto is suppose to detect the dishes prior to cycle. it also doesn't dry it as it claims to be. The third shelf doesn't clean the utensils as it was designed for. I should have paid $100 less without the third shelf. It is just too much work to replace it with a different brand. i should have reviewed the reviews prior to purchasing.
