This is our second LG dishwasher. This unit runs very quiet. Installation was easy. So far, there are no issues

Very quiet when running. washes excellent and dries fantastic

BestBuy installation a quick! Removal and install quick! The dishwasher 5 stars. Quiet and efficient. I love having the third row for cooking spoons. This dishwasher is adjustable on the lower two rows for different sized items. It’s a win.

Spacious and quality for the price. 3rd shelf is a bit confusing if you have silvertray tray but can be of use for certain items, good to have as opposed to not. Cleans great. Wash times seem a bit long but it does the job.

Great washing machine it cleans well even in light mode. No need to put it in normal. Been using it for a while.

Dishes are wet at the end of any cycle. Several of the cycle selections require pressing two icons at the same time or in a sequence, very complicated and the icon names and functions are not very intuitive. My Kenmore Elite was 100% better, quieter and with warm, dry dishes to put away. "Condenser" drying just does not work, even with Cascade platinum.

After 5 days I returned this dishwasher. The “steam” drying technology does not work. I had to hand dry all my dishes after testing each cycle modes. It’s a very quiet dishwasher and cleaned well but there is a reason all other brands have a heating element for drying dishes. As for Best Buy’s customer service, I am very happy with them. Best Buy came and picked up this dishwasher, let me exchange it for a Samsung, and installed the new washer at no additional charge. Thank you Best Buy for making the exchange process quick and easy.

This dishwasher is very quiet and has lots of settings. However, it stays soaking wet inside the door, all over the utensil holder and the top utensil rack. I have to completely dry it inside when I open the door. You cannot put any big bowls that have any indentations when they are flipped over as they fill with water and do not dry. Do not even think about putting Rubbermaid containers in there, as even standing up they are soaking wet. It says to use night dry, well, I would have to use that every single day.

I was hoping this LG dishwasher would be as good as my old one. I've seen mixed reviews but so far this machine has worked very well.

Quiet and easy to install. Like the 3rd top rack. Adjustable rack too.

The only complaint about this dishwasher is the top rack for glasses etc. doesn't seat very well when you push it in so the hookup between the top rack and water supply at the inside rear of the dishwasher doesn't properly provide water into the top spray arm to clean the items in the top. A lot of time you push the rack in and it feels like it's in all the way but it isn't. You have to wiggle the rack to line it up and or push it in hard. Note: you can't see the connection well so you have to go by feel. Otherwise it's pretty good for the price.

So far so good Little quieter then old kitchen aid we had. Lot of cycles still have to figure out what to use. Only issue found so far is easy to turn power in by leaning against the front.

VERY quiet. we are slowly learning and using all the great features of this unit...

Great dish washer, my wife cant stop praising it. Glad she's happy.

Bought this machine based on great reviews. However, it does not hold a candle to my previous 20 year old Kenmore. The LG machine leaves dirty dishes and especially forks and spoons. Also requires extra dry time. Had to remove the third tray because it interfered with glasses on the second tray. The machine looks good and is very quiet, but that is all I can say about it.

Dishwasher dries the dishes nicely with no left over water. Noise is quiet and not loud

So far so good! Installation went smoothly. Only wish Best Buy would get my account fixed. Giving me the runaround. Four phone calls and still not fixed.

Love this dishwasher, quiet enough, does it’s job. Especially like the cutlery tray & the ability to raise or lower the upper rack

:RANT ALERT: I went to a BB location with my fiance in search of this specific dishwasher to take advantage of the black friday deal. A few minutes after getting to the appliance section a sales assoc approached us asking if we needed help. I showed his a picture on my phone of the dishwasher we were looking for as we could not find it. At that point he went into full sales mode and just recommended the "top of the line" model they had to offer. He spouted a bunch of features that the dishwasher he wanted us to buy has. It went for like 5-7mins before we chimed in. It was after he talked about the "elliptical sound curve" and how his recommended dishwasher was rated like 42db. I let him know we are not concerned about sound, as its not a requirement we particularly care about for a dishwasher. His mannerism completely changed at that point and just brushed us off with a snarky attitude stating to "contact me if we have any additional questions, since you know so much about dishwashers." We both felt a certain way about his comment especially since he never asked us any qualifying questions about what WE WANT in a dishwasher before trying to upsell. At that point he lost us as customers so I proceeded to Home Depot to buy the Home Depot exclusive of the same exact model. I am quite excited for the dishwasher to come in at the end of this week.
