    If there was a LOWER rating I could give to BEST BUY I would... After the first installers couldn't install, installation was rescheduled for a later date. When trying to verify my second installation date, I find that there was NO installation set, even though I have an email saying the installation was scheduled. This all leads to another LATER installation date. I can't tell you how INCOMPETENT BEST BUY HAS BECOME! Hopefully the third date will work and the installer can perform his JOB. Talking to TotalTECH was a complete failure, as they transferred me to a store for MORE HELP... The guy at the store wanted to give me another number to call... Absolutely incredible that BEST Buy is even in business as incompetent as this ONE SIMPLE purchase should have been. I can tell you one thing... After I get this done, my account will be closed and I will NEVER buy from BEST BUY again!

    Been incredibly satisfied with this dishwasher. The extra dry cycle on normal has been working incredibly well even without rinse aid. Excellent space with the top rack too.

    Very disappointed with this dishwasher for the following reasons: 1. Many if not most dishes come out wet after the wash even after using all available drying options. We have to pull out the racks and let the load air dry (which can take hours) unless we hand dry them. Any plastic items will be very wet after washing. 2. Rack configuration is very inflexible for anything but standard-sized plates, bowls and drinking glasses. There is a big gap between the front and back sections on the bottom rack, which leaves an unused area if you aren’t washing large pots and pans. 4. Unfortunately, we are past the 15 day return date because there were no installation dates available soon after delivery. 4. The plumbers who came to install the dishwasher wanted to charge an additional $150 plus over the installation fee we already paid to BB due to local codes. This may not be BB’s fault, but BB gave us no warning that this could occur.

    Complaining here because maybe someone will see it and customer service is a joke. Was supposed to have a delivery with install 4/9. They came to deliver and the entire front of the dishwasher was dented in. Called the next day to reschedule for 4/16. Today is 4/15 and even though i received an email confirming the appointment, the app doesnt show anything and tells me to schedule an appointment. Called them today and apparently I have no appointment tomorrow. They rescheduled AGAIN for 4/25 (now a month out from purchase and a $250 installation fee) and I suspect the same thing will happen because even though i received an email that it is scheduled, the app is still asking me to schedule a delivery (which doesn’t work). I asked if i could just cancel the order and reorder, but apparently it is “shipped” so I cannot do that either. They also convinced me to join total tech when I purchased, but have yet to price match me despite my app showing the product for $100 cheaper than I purchased it for. I’ve asked three customer service reps and been met with an excuse every time.

    Just purchased about a month ago - so far so good. I like the "songs" it plays for you. Has many good features so still learning but I like what I have seen so far.

    So far, the dishwasher has been excellent. The dishes, glasses, china have been washed and dried with no problems. For silverware, you have to make sure to allow room around them for them to be completely clean.

    Not Quiet! Not even close!

    I will be returning this Dishwasher. I paid for a face lift not a performance improvement. This thing is louder than my old Whirlpool. Between the water running and draining the motor starting and stopping, It's the only thing I can hear clearly upstairs on the opposite end of the house. the entire back side is covered in sound deadening material but really it need sound proofing up front in the door and bottom portion which is a huge design flaw. The "Whisper Quiet" claim is a huge misrepresentation and borderline lie! I feel disrespected as a consumer and LG Brand enthusiast.

    Buy with caution, Control Board Issues seem common

    The dishwasher seems fine as functionality goes, but the reliability seems poor. It started having some control board issues in the 12th month of ownership and I was busy caring for a newborn, so I didn't get around to calling about the issue. I called the day after 1 year and I'm basically SOL (out of luck). Buy with caution, product seems great when it works, but the reliability is poor.

    Difficult installation. DW needs at least 24" depth for installation. I had 23-3/4" which required cutting out the backing of my custom solid maple cabinets. Included drain hose was so hard to connect to air-gap, that I had to call a plumber. Bottom tray grid is so widely spaced that my square dinner plates rotate during cycle with corners pointing down, stopping rotation off the spray arm. Upper rack items don't always come clean even though I always rinse things off before loading. Ability to download custom cycles only works with android, --no iPhone compatibility. (I wouldn't use this anyway.) Very poorly engineered machine. I only bought this machine because it was the ONLY thing I could find anywhere in white!
