I have called multiple times and sadly, you are not able to speak to staff directly at your local Best Buy about the people they have whom install the dishwasher. I have also been into the store personally multiple times to try and speak with the General Manager or whomever can address this epic problem. I was told that the General Manager whom oversees 4 Best Buy stores would call me directly. When the three men came to install the Dishwasher, I was at work so my girlfriend and her two young daughters were at my house for install. The men who were there, aggressively told her that she had to pay them 80.00 cash to complete the installation after taking out the old dishwasher. She called me and was incredibly nervous and uncomfortable. Being that it has her and her daughters, I told her that it wasn’t worth risking their safety with us both knowing they were committing fraud, so I told her to pay them, but to write a check to get them out of the house. He took a check which was made out to the “magical electrician directly that had to be called, yet he was in the vehicle outside the entire time”. They took the check, finished the install and left the premises. They cashed the check. I have a copy of the check which I obviously can’t post a picture of online, then went to Best Buy multiple times and was never followed up with. Its sad because is she was assaulted or killed, it would be on the news. At this point, I feel like contacting WECT is the direction to go so this doesn’t happen to someone else. This world is changing and if I were home, it wouldn’t have happened. Embezzlement and fraud should be taken seriously as should the safety of the customers purchasing and having products installed. The employees I spoke with didn’t act surprised at the least bit which is another issue in itself. I’d beware about installation services until Beat Buy truly addresses this situation before someone does get assaulted , Robbed or worse. It's a sad situation so many are put in and worse they won’t do anything about it.

Got a problem with installation have to installation kits that was not included no power cable no water cable. Was not aware of the installation kits not included

Excellent quality dishwasher, I love LG everything

The drying ability on this dishwasher is terrible, even with the extra 20 minutes, cups, bowls and other items have standing water. Even rated at 48dba, it has moments where the water valves and water are very noisy, but quiet other times so it kind of jolts you. And the dish stacking is terrible, we cannot place bowls on the bottom without them being flat which takes up lots of room. We do not use pots and pans in the bottom which it seems is the only way to utilize the space. The tine placement just does not work. The large 10 year sticker detracts the other wise nice looking front. The black stainless is very nice, does not print, and the top utensil tray is great. But it is going back to be replaced by a Bosch.

The dishes are still a bit wet when the cycle is completely finished. The rinse aid dispenser is full.

Before buying an LG dishwasher, Google "LG Dishwasher lights fritzing”. Need a new control panel in less than 2 years due to moisture getting into the control panel, a known problem. Parts covered, but not labor. Must either (1) buy the $250 part and replace myself or (2) pay $250 for a technician to visit, verify the problem, order the part, come back and install the part that is covered by warrenty or (3) spend hours on the phone arguing with LG customer srvice.

I love this dishwasher but gave it 4 stars because it is nosier than our old Maytag.

It is ama ing and so simple to use! The silverware tray.o. top helps save so much space.for more dishes!

This dishwasher features excellent quality. The color of the exterior looks very elegant in my kitchen.

The dishwasher is perfect according to our granddaughter and her husband. We bought it as a we’d gift for their new home!!!

Amazing dishwasher but was a little disappointed in the way the bottom rack is set up.

It’s a great washer machine . The only thing I really don’t like is that it takes 2:30 hours to wash.
