It's not as useful as I thought. I now can't fit taller glasses in the middle rack because the top rack takes up that space. One of the rollers on the bottom broke the first day and it doesn't slide great.

The dishes are not drying properly. For such an expensive machine, the dishes should be getting dried.

It only has a fan to dry the dishes after a cycle and therefore, it leaves water spots (even with the jet dry liquid) and for me the dishes never seem clean. I wish I had known this before purchasing. I would have bought a different brand or model. Unfortunately, I don't use my dishwasher enough to have noticed the issues in time to return for another machine. I'll have to purchase another machine (as soon as I pay this relatively expensive one off) and, as a result, I am not a happy camper. I will likely not buy an LG and I'll definitely will purchase a machine with a heating element.

The utensil holder is in the back of the rack so you have to pull out the rack every time. The new style plate/bowls don’t fit. The main concern is, one year in and we are already having tech issues. The machine is holding water and the system glitches when i change wash cycles. Definitely wouldn’t recommend
