Installer Experience

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had a great sales experience with Chris at your Kennensaw GA store.I am giving poor score because the the installer from the time he walked in he was trying to sell me on something. First he said the tubing provided by BestBuy is not long enough however he said he can attach a piece and make it work however he will have to charge me. Then he took out the tubing provided by BestBuy and said it will work. Then he said BestBuy did not include a shutoff valve said he will have to charge me $125.00 I said go-ahead since I had no choice. This is a outside contractor not employee of BestBuy.
