I have been very pleased with this LG dishwasher. It has three racks which I found odd at first since it has a silverware basket and a silverware rack. I am finding that I really like the silverware rack. Makes it very easy to organize and place silverware for cleaning and return to the storage drawer. The glasses come out very clean compared to my old dishwasher (GE). It is unbelievably quiet as well. I used to clean the dishes before placing in the dishwasher but now I just scrape large food off and drop them into the LG. They have come out perfectly clean every time. I generally run the cycle on auto with extra dry. It does not use a heating element but everything is dry except those cups/mugs that have a little reservoir in the bottom that holds water when they are upside down in the rack. The adjustable middle rack is very useful and there are many ways to fold down the tongs that hold the dishes to allow for larger items. A well thought out and functional unit.

Good product easy to install and It's too quiet. And 3rd row so easy to use and also Quick dry too.

Quiet. Cleans great. LOVE the third shelf. Love the adjustable shelves and tines. My only con is that I constantly bump the front controls while working in the kitchen and it turns the dishwasher power on. I will never get a front touch control again in the future.

I replaced my dishwasher with this one because the other was not draining the water. This dishwasher cleans well, is large and I like the cutlery tray at the top

We've had this product for over 6 months now and it does an amazing job at getting dishes spotless! I will say the cycles are really long and the machine is much louder than my past dishwasher. Neither of these things are a big deal to me because the longer cycle is more energy efficient with water usage and the noise isn't bothersome, but definitely noticeable.

purchased Feb 2024. We were limited in our choices due to having a slightly lower-than-standard counter-to-floor space but this LG model has an adjustable base. Works as expected; good at getting backed-in crud off of dishes without pre-rinse. Standard cycle does take a while. is very quiet.

We've only had this a month or so, but initial impressions are as follows: 1. Tried auto cycle first, found it to be lengthy and sort of surprisingly noisy. Switched to the normal cycle the 2nd day, it's quicker, quieter and gets the dishes very clean. Guessing we'll probably never even mess with the other cycles. 2. This is a nice machine, but I'd say the racks are of lesser quality than in the Bosch unit it replaced. Nothing wrong w/them, and the wheels do have good steel axles, they just aren't as heavy duty feeling. 3. Unlike some other machines we've had, the upper shelf is a breeze to raise and lower and that's a handy thing when you need to wash some larger than average thing. 4. If you've never had a dishwasher w/a 3rd rack and/or one that dries w/o that infernal heating element at the bottom of the tub, I highly recommend both features. The third rack handles all the silverware and leaves the rest of the dishwasher for nothing but dishes, and no heating element means you can put plastic stuff on the bottom rack w/o the fear of melting it. BOTTOM LINE... we had to find a white dishwasher w/the desired features in the middle of the "everything scarcity" caused by the ongoing microchip shortage. We felt lucky to find this in stock at the BestBuy website, and it was delivered in perfect condition in just a few days. We don't know yet if it'll last as long or longer than some others we've had, but it has been doing its job very nicely every single day so far.

First time buy of a LG dishwasher and am very, very happy with it. It does a great cleaning and drying job along with being super quite!

LG Dishwasher is good, but not great. It's quiet but it runs for a long time. Seems to clean well which is the most important thing. Use the Extra dry feature every time, which adds more time, but it's needed. 3rd rack is mostly useless because not enough room (height) to fit things. The bottom rack has large basket with plenty of room for utensils, tools, and silverware. As directions say, you have to use two hands to pull out the bottom rack- which no one does. You can however use one hand (like a normal person) if place in the center and pull out straight and slowly. Otherwise the bottom rack will come off the track. Middle rack doesn't have this problem, and can adjust the middle rack height if needed, which is a nice feature. Lastly, when you completely close the dishwasher door it makes a loud crack noise when the plastic parts snap together. Will sound like you broke it. Our LG washing machine does same thing when you open it so I guess it's normal. 4 stars.

Great upgrade, high quality LG item at a inflation busting price. Cleans great and low noise. Extra rack for sharp items is very well thought out. REMEMBER though, no power cord. If self install, like me, you'll have to learn something.

LG dishwasher I like the upper shelf that has space to put in big knives spoons etc. so they’re not falling down into the system everywhere it’s considered a third drawer inside the dishwasher all the way at the top I like the middle because it’s adjustable to make it higher or lower depending on what’s underneath or what you have on top that needs space good Design runs great easy to install

Absolutely love this dishwasher. So quiet!! Gets my dishes to look showroom clean, and the glasses are beautifully sparkling. Pots and pans fit great, also look brand new now. The third level gets the utensils so clean. The hand washing I did never got my dishes this clean, no matter how long I scrubbed with hot water and Dawn.

I really love this dishwasher! It has a variety of options for placement of items, including sections that fold down and up. It also has a third rack that is great for spatulas, and tops of traveling cups. It is extremely quiet when running, and cleans the dishes very well. I would highly recommend this dishwasher.

Pretty easy to self install, but there was some difficulty connecting the electrics to the machine as the connection was close to the floor. The machine runs quietly and efficiently.

We've had this dishwasher for a little over a month now and I can say that it does a better job cleaning dishes than any other dishwasher I've ever owned. Glassware and everyday china come out sparkling clean every time, with no residue whatsoever. And unlike some reviewers here I haven't yet had a problem with dishes and glasses not being dried properly - of course, using a dish dry agent is key, and I like that this model provides a warning (flashing light) when the dry agent supply is low. It also does all this super quietly - to the point where I can barely hear it operating even when standing a few feet away in an otherwise quiet kitchen. As for drawbacks: I'm not crazy about the way the bottom rack is laid out - there is too much spacing in the middle, so often difficult to position items like serving dishes or large bowls properly. The flatware basket isn't as well designed as our previous model either (there are only two hinged covers to suspend flatware instead of three, which doesn't sound like much but makes for an inefficient use of space in the basket if you're using it to wash smaller items like lids.) That said: the narrow flatware rack on top more than makes up for these limitations, and I find myself using it more than I expected I would. Only time will tell as far as its long term durability is concerned, but as of now I am completely satisfied with our purchase and can't recommend this model highly enough.

Really love the dishwasher - it is so quiet and has great capacity. I wish there was a shorter cycle option (maybe there is but I haven’t figured it out yet lol) love the utensil rack in the top. Only thing to prevent 5 star is sometimes the knives and forks section doesn’t get all the wsu clean and I have to wash off in the sink after a load. I don’t load it with food caked on I am a pre rinser. This one thing is not enough to say don’t buy. It’s a great washer at a very reasonable price

This dishwasher does not have a heating element to dry the dishes. In order for most of the water to be gone, you must use Finish Jet Dry rinsing agent and use the night dry setting. The night dry setting is the default for the auto clean mode and I just wait for about 7 hours for dishes to be dry. The night dry setting makes the fan run periodically over several hours. I am happy with how clean the dishes are and now they are 95% dry. I would recommend this dishwasher compared to others that BestBuy sells. I read many reviews for different dishwashers and this one sounds the best. It is very quite and I don't even notice it is running from the next room while watching tv. I have trouble reading the touch buttons so I shine a flashlight every time I start it.
