Upon deliver, I was told they needed another $150.00 to complete the installation. I declined and the dishwasher sat in my basement for a month while I cleared this up with Best Buy customer service. When they came out the second time, the installer asked for another $40..00....

Operates the same and cleans well. Only issue is the bottom rack wheel system seems to be a little cheaper and is constantly coming off the guide rails. Other than that works great.
