We contacted LG support to try to reset it, and then it wouldn't turn on at all! Of course, there are no more warranties on it and they want to charge $400 for a service call!! This is the 2nd LG appliance that we're having to replace that was less than two years old. I will not be buying any more LG products, and hopefully others will learn from my mistakes.

If the dishwasher isn't turning on after trying the reset, it could be related to an issue with the control board, power supply, or another internal component. The lower spray arm attachment keeps coming off. I don't know what is going on with this. This unit sucks.

The AE error code is triggered when the dishwasher detects a water leak. This can sometimes be caused by issues with the water supply, drain hose, or other internal components. The lower spray arm can become detached if it's not properly seated or if there's an issue with the mounting mechanism.

Nice looking but not so efficient
