    Disappointed in LG dishwasher

    The machine washes dishes well. However, even after the extra dry cycle, the dishes are still wet. Cups and glasses have little puddles on them. After emptying the machine, if the door is closed, the interior remains wet!

    Piece of Junk that broke in 15 months, 30 uses

    Absolutely worked great until it broke in less than 30 uses in 15 months. Best Buy, wants to charge me $129 as a Total Member and reduce the parts to 20% off. Why should I have to pay for a product that should not have broken in so few uses.

    Would not dry dishes. I had to hand dry. Its like having a wife that cleans them and makes you dry them. And im divorced.

    Less than a year after installation major issues with the dishwasher. Wash cycle started making very loud noise. The warranty covers nothing after 12 months of purchase and it will last you only 13 months. After that go buy a dishwasher again or spend hours trying to contact customer service and then having to pay for parts and labor and wasting your own time.

    LG labels this device as Smart buy there’s nothing smart about this dishwasher. The only smart feature is NFC but it doesn’t work with iphones. No where in the product details do they mention it. After spending half the day installing it, i found out ut doesn’t do the one thing i bought it to do, run it from the app. Lg support is useless with help. I gave up after multiple attempts to get them to help me. I did my own research and figured i have no choice but to return it and get a different one. Inconvinenient for no reason. I dont understand the obsession to add “_SMART” to everything. You are just confusing people and causing annoyance for no reason

    had it for 3 weeks and its quiet is the best quality of it. middle is a challenge with random storage containers. rollers on bottom rack do not stay on track verywell. will be looking into returning in possible.

    When it worked it was ok, but recently it started showing AE error status, and the technician was not able to help. The unit has very short drain hose, and it was originally installed with an extender hose (installation by the professionals purchased at BestBuy). Now the technician claims the extension hose is a problem. It's a small kitchen, everything is close, the dishwasher is a couple of feet from the sink.

    Product worked great until a month or so ago. Had this installed in December of 2022 and now it is very unreliable. The control panel flickers and beeps ovet and over and most times it just aborts the wash. Reading the reviews and other websites online this is a common problem. Stay away.

    So far the biggest thing is that it does not dry very well. The buttons are not all basic, for some features you have to press and hold. Not a big deal, but for some it might be.

    Just over a year and it's not working correct. Flashing lights, won't finish a cycle, and beeps a lot. For the money, it should last longer. Maybe with an extended warning it could be worth it.

    The WORST dishwasher we have ever owned. It barely made it 2 years. I will never buy an LG dishwasher again. I hated it from the beginning, and i should have returned it immediately. I thought maybe i just needed to adjuat to new one. Nope it sucks!!!!!!

    Purchased in 06/21, Installed 08/22 for remodel reasons. NE code on and off. LG says it's out of warranty, So it was bad out the box. if I was lying (which I'm not) I got about 2 years out of a motor but in really it was bad out of the box. Disappointed on LG after 3 phones, microwave, 3 TVs and 1 refrigerator.
