Works good, doesnt dry items as well as i would like even when you select the extra dry cycle.

Do Not Buy this machine! It has stopped working four times in the four months that I've owned it. LG customer service is terrible. They keep telling me that I must be using cheap detergent (I use Cascade Platinum) or too much of it (I use one pre-measured pod per load). Then they tell me to unplug it so it'll reset the electronics and then to do a 'deep clean", and that this deep clean must be done every 30 days. It took me four phone calls and 47 minutes to try to set up a technician to come repair it, and still all I got was a promise that someone would call within seven days to schedule a visit - after I was told that if the technician didn't find a manufacturing defect, then I would have to pay for the visit. What a miserable experience. On top of all that, it takes 2 hours and 29 minutes just to do a normal wash cycle. I think it's because of all the ridiculous government mandates re water and electricity use.

I like the dishwasher but I haven't figured out how to get the dishes dry. I push the heat dry and when it is done and I open the door everything is still wet. I have to hand dry everything.

Great washer but, buy it from somewhere else. Worst customer service.

Runs quietly, and has many wash and dry combinations to choose from. The third rack is also very helpful for larger utensils or odd items that don’t quite have a spot on the lower racks.

I Love my new dish. It is super quiet, love how my glasses come out sparkling. Delivery and installation was perfect and helpful, the gentleman explained everything very well. Thank you

Its a very good dishwasher but the front panel always a problem, because we accident took many times in a day

This dishwasher is amazing. Despite the issues with the installers (not BBY fault) The only draw back is the 3rd shelf is a little too high and my spatulas sometime get stuck

Loved this dishwasher. It's super quiet and cleans better than any other dishwasher I have owned. Unfortunately, I moved and had to leave it at my old house. I will get the same one if the I have now dies?

Suppose to be open box but came no box & no extra parts or paperwork. Had a dent in the front. It does work ok but the drawer does not move in and out very easy.

It does a great job. The best thing that I like is the extra rack on top for knives and flat things. This provides extra loading space in the dishwasher.

I really like the dishwasher. I have one problem with cleaning on "normal". The dishes are not cleaned the best. I have to wash by hand.

I've had this dish washer for about a month now and its ok. If I could I'd give it 3 1/2 stars as it cleans the dishes but takes A LONG time to do so. The normal wash without using an added rinse is a about 2 1/2 hours. With that time the dishes don't even get 100% dried. With the "extra dry" function it moves the overall time to a little over 3 hours. Also, its a bit louder than I thought it would be. Its not a bad option for the price though.

Very, very quiet when running a load of dishes. The amount of room the top shelf saves is amazing compared to older dishwashers. Beautiful, modern design as well. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase!

the service at the store was great and the service guys at the house took the old one out and put the new one in explained a few things will be going back to purchase more items

The function buttons are impossible to read: print too small, not lit up, and too many (I don't need that many choices). After cleaning cycle ends, there is heavy condensation on the inside of the door, even days later. Will contact BB to find out what to do.

Install was insanely easy. Dishwasher cleans so much better than the old one. Everything comes out spotless and dries pretty well also! This thing is great and extremely quiet too!
