This is a review of Best Buy, not the dishwasher. The dishwasher is great. Best Buy hired a contractor who damaged my home in 2 places during installation. Not only that but they installed it so poorly that when Geek Squad came out and looked at it, they told me "do not use this dishwasher as installed". They scheduled removal of the original and installation of a new dishwasher because somehow that would be quicker than sending someone to correct what had been done wrong. The dishwasher sat in my house unusable for about 3 weeks through the holidays when I needed it the most, before the new one was delivered and installed...correctly this time. I asked them not to send the same contractors that botched it the first time, but they did. Once it was all set, I contacted Best Buy about a "make good" for my inconvenience of not having a dishwasher for 3 weeks and having to take a second day off work for installation. A $65 gift card is what they offered. I told them I should at least get credit for the $250 price of the installation. I spoke with multiple people, all of who claimed it's out of their hands. There's a calculator that they use to determine the make good and it is what it is. That's how Best Buy treats their customers. Send contractors who do a terrible job, leave you with an appliance you can't use for 3 weeks, send the same contractors back to your house, require you to take another day off work, and tell you $65 is all your convenience is worth. Maybe that's why the store is always empty.

NICE LOOKING DISHWASHER AND IT HAS BEEN WORK WELL SINCE I RECEIVED IT. THE LOWER RECK SEEMS FLIMPSY WHEN PULLING IT OUT AND I HAVE TO PULL IT OUT VERY EASY.

Install was insanely easy. Dishwasher cleans so much better than the old one. Everything comes out spotless and dries pretty well also! This thing is great and extremely quiet too!

Excellent appliance. Very efficient and unexpectedly quiet. Far superior to any of our previous dishwashers. Highly recommend this.

It does a great job. The best thing that I like is the extra rack on top for knives and flat things. This provides extra loading space in the dishwasher.

Dishwasher works really well supposed to get free insulation and then it ended up costing an extra $650 because the installers didn’t have the knowledge on how to do the work.

This relplaced a Samsung unit that is about 7 years old. Despite being a budget model with a louder db rating than some of the LG models we looked at, its still quiter than our old one. The third rack and countdown timer are great to have

We are not to sure about the dishwasher, though it is very quiet, we need to download the app and see if we can get it to wash and actually dry the dishes.

It was time for an upgrade.so I did a lot research and read plenty reviews.This particular dishwasher has 3-rack and has ton of features.And it reasonably priced.A beautiful stainless steel dishwasher

I really like the dishwasher. I have one problem with cleaning on "normal". The dishes are not cleaned the best. I have to wash by hand.

Started using this LG dishwasher and it is absolutely amazing! It makes the dishes sparkly clean and leave no food particles behind. It makes little to no sounds, compared to other dishwashers. Great for those who are on a budget but want a superb machine. Glad I purchased it.

My one star is mainly for the installation. First, the dishwasher was installed dented, which I didn’t notice until after the installers left as they kept the plastic on the front. I had to take the plastic off. When I did, I saw the dent. Second, the first time I ran it, a burnt plastic odor grew stronger and stronger until it filled my downstairs and upstairs. I didn’t know at the time, but another group of installers who came to replace it with a different dishwasher like 5 weeks later pointed out right away that it had been hardwired wrong by the previous installers! The electrical wires weren’t attached to the junction box, but were hanging out onto my kitchen floor under the dishwasher and the burnt plastic smell was from the wires melting the one time I ran it! That could have started a fire!!! I had further issues with the replacement dishwasher (those installers chipped my countertop by the dishwasher, dented my fridge, and installed the replacement dishwasher tilted backwards). I will never buy appliances from Best Buy again, or anything that involves an installation. Now for the dishwasher review, the one time I ran the dishwasher, the dishes weren’t all the way dry the next morning and there was a lot of water still in the dishwasher. Hitting cancel to discharge can help with sucking the sitting water out. It was also rather loud when running and extremely loud when discharging into the pipe under my kitchen sink, much louder discharging than the old Maytag that came with my house. (Having more drain hose looped down under the sink seems to help reduce the discharge noise on other dishwashers, so it probably would do the same for this one.) It was also easy to accidentally turn on when standing in front of it and working on the counter. It plays a little tune though so at least you know you accidentally turned it on. It was easy to open and use otherwise, so I am disappointed that I had to return it because of the horrible installation.

I got this to replace my GE dishwasher. It does a much better job of cleaning and drying my dishes. When it fills it's kind of loud but quiet during the wash cycle. I love the turbo cycle.
