It is, beyond doubt, THE most temperamental dishwasher I've ever owned. Only had it for a year and it's malfunctioned multiple times. It doesn't like the soap? We use Cascade pods. It doesn't like it if we run it on turbo instead of normal. Oh, excuse me! It constantly sends error messages and we are constantly fiddling with the darn thing, trying to get it to run or empty or some such thing. Never again...

The third tray for small utensils is a big plus, and the sound is so quiet that I hardly noticed it’s running. No fingerprints for print proof color. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

The rack arrangement is much more usable and thoughtful and the unit runs almost silently. And the delivery and installation with Ali was seamless

I was limited in choices due to installing hardwood floors without changing cabinets. Fit perfectly. Works great. Love the adjustable racks, ensuring all the dishes fit in.
