My only issue is that the front panel disolay is blinking sporadically lately. I fear moisture must be getting into the front panel control board. Hopefully, I can get a replacement board sent to me or a repair done.

Posted .Hello, If the LG - 24" Front Control Built-In Stainless Steel Tub Dishwasher with QuadWash and 50 dba Model:LDFN3432T control and display board is defective, it could be causing the lights to flash or blink unexpectedly. If the control panel buttons were working intermittently prior to the lights flashing, it's likely the user control and display board is at fault and will need to be replaced. Epic Fail

LG's warranty leaves a lot to be desired. They were called to report "AE" error code, set up a service call and when confirming the appointment days later, they said if the error code no longer displayed, I would have to pay for the service call. I put the water sprayer back together after canceling the service appointment and it failed again. Now we're waiting for a replacement part that is on backorder with no ETA. We can't get a refund because the item is no longer returnable even though we had the dishwasher for less than 30 days.

Found out that the motor pump goes bad pretty easily. The lg warranty service is useless, they require you to pay technician cost to diagnose and repair which requires an arm and a leg. This will be my last LG appliance.

Big mistake

The dishwasher dumps water. A technician came to check it and said nothing was wrong. Recently a plumber came and said the issue was the dishwasher.

Best Buy STILL hasn’t issued my refund. Next time I purchase an item from them I’ll tell “don’t worry, I’ll get you the money in 30 days.” The hypocrisy is a joke and I won’t be supporting Best Buy again.

The first one I had for over 12-13 years and it was still working when I replaced it after remodeling kitchen. It looks great and works even better. It has great cleaning power , super quiet, and large capacity. One of the main selling points for me on the LG dishwasher units is the concealed heating element. That’s what originally sold me on the first one I bought. They are one of the only dishwashers out there that doesn’t have an exposed heating coil in bottom of dishwasher like most others do. The cost of the unit compared to other dishwashers make this unit a steal and no brainer for anyone to purchase in my opinion. If you need a new dishwasher I highly recommend this LG unit, along with any other LG unit.

Best Buy should consider sending reviews and starting the warranty period AFTER The product has been installed. I made the purchase on 12/30/21 and it was finally installed 2/12/22. The installation went very smooth and I couldn't have been more impressed and they even demonstrated the various features. This dishwasher does come with a manual which some do not. I've only ran it once but I will say it it did an excellent job removing the residue I purposely left on some soup bowls. This dishwasher is cc easy to operate and get quiet. One thing I did notice which I think is common with all dishwashers is there was some water left on top of coffee mugs.
