Works well but was delivered completely beaten up. Major dings in the sides. Had family coming over for thanksgiving the next day so I installed it anyway. Working well so far.

Dishes do not get dry and doesn't clean food off completely. We still rinse off our dishes before we put them in. Pretty disappointing.

Only complaint is that it's easy to power on inadvertently by leaning against the counter and accidentally touching the power button. Very annoying.

The control panel burned out and the cost to replace is $530, which is almost the cost of the dishwasher. This is disgusting that Best Buy sells such worthless junk. I would have been better off throwing my money in a firepit.
