Upgrade but not bad for the money

Too Noisy

It sounds like water pouring from a third-floor building, making it impossible to run at night unless you start it at 9:00 AM and then leave for work. The device produces around 16 different types of loud noises throughout its cycle, so I highly DO NOT recommend this product. I'm now initiating a return process to exchange it for a model with a lower dB rating, though this will cost me around $250 more and push the purchase over budget. I just hope the exchange process is straightforward.

Not a great dishwasher

It’s very small, doesn’t fully dry dishes even on high dry option & has a bad odor smell inside, I have to leave the door open for it to air out. If it wasn’t for the hassle to have someone uninstall it I would definitely return it.

Cleans well, when it works

Also the top rack has some spots that meet with the door. So there are dents on the door when you shut it

Piece of junk!

Correction, worst product I've ever bought. Breaks on a monthly basis. Best Buy service has come out and repaired numerous times but wont replace it! Piece of useless junk.

Failed Customer Service 3rd Party Installation

I had a delivery date, the installer did not show up or contact us. Rescheduled twice then showed up on third delivery date with a damaged bent dishwasher. This is not a Best Buy delivery but a 3rd party delivery and they have failed miserably with their communication, delivery and no show appointments. I would give a zero star on this one b/c best buy does better always. But they should consider not using a 3rd party with poor service. Poor service would be an improvement.

Worse oven I have ever had.

We have had the unit 1 year and it has broken 2 times for F9. In the past 5 months it has worked for 3.. The communication and service is so bad. And I have been on the phone and chat for over 9 hours. That is a full work day.. This is probably a lemon, but how much time do I have to waste for it to get corrected.?

I wouldn't buy this again

It takes a ton of googling to turn it off and it is apparently very easy to accidentally turn back on. I definitely expected it to be an upgrade from my 15 year old dishwasher but really all it is is more efficient, slower, and louder.

LG not for me

Worst dishwasher I've ever had.

One of the arms on the lower spryer continues to fall off during wash cycles, After 6 months it is now leaking. from the start it never fully cleaned the dishes even after "pre-washing" prior to placing in the dishwasher. Avoid this product.

Mold on dishes

I tried washing them a 2nd time and it did not remove the mold. I have to check each piece and literally scrub to get it off. This is very frustrating. I have never had an issue like this. I though the quad core washer would be wonderful. My previous less expensive dishwashers were more satisfactory.

Lost dishwasher

And I don’t know what is happening at this point… Really annoying that I planned my day around this. It’s not happening because they somehow lost my dishwasher.

Do not use purchase Haul-Away Recycle Service.

Beware when you purchase the dish washer with Professional Haul-Away or Movement or Recycle Service. The dishwasher was delivered. There was NO Professional Haul-Away or Movement or Recycle Service when dishwasher was delivered. When custom service was contacted, they refunded $39.99 WITHOUT REFUNDING THE TAX THAT WAS PAID FOR THE SERVICE. ALMOST 10% in CALIFORNIA. I had to pay plumber extra for the service that I paid Bestbuy initially but was not done.

Not that impressed!

The handles are too thick, so I had to use my old one from my previous washer. The racks don't fit my dishes and are too high to fit any of my glassware in top rack.

Disappointed

I have had better dishwashers

A couple of things I noticed since we got it that it always smells like burnt rubber when running. Dishes don’t get as clean there is no back sprayer and basket for silverware is okay!
