    Best buy rescheduled delivery 3 times. I self installed without an issue, not too complicated. Dishwasher looks nice but takes forever for to run a load and doesn't dry well, unless you open the door and let it air out for a day. I still mostly hand wash because it's less of a hassle. Purchase was fine to finally fill the empty spot in my lower cabinets.

    Decent dishwasher for the price, but the drying is horrible. All the dishes are dripping with water when the full cycle is complete.

    Dishwasher stopped mid-cycle. No error code

    Dishwasher stopped mid cycle without any error code. Its 13 months old. Warranty runs out after 12 months (Serious factor to consider). Moisture seeps inside dishwasher control board. Spare parts unavailable to order. Could reoccur anytime. Only option is to call LG repair person for $299+taxes (I paid less than $500 for the dishwasher). I was told they will replace parts for free and ensure it will work again.

    Broke after just 9 months. The computer and front panel no longer work. LG won't fix it and neither will Best Buy, and I paid for the extra coverage.

    When I read the reviews on this i thought it would be a good dishwasher. Alot of people wrote that it was quiet. It was much louder than expected. We couldnt get it to dry all the dishes. We had to make sure we had a towel ready to dry before putting the clean dishes away. We also learned to inspect each dish to make sure it was clean iften times finding a couple that needed to be ran through again. After a few weeks of owning it the control panel went out and we ended up exchanging it for a different model.

    The dishwasher showed an error message and stopped running in the middle of the 3rd wash. Also the dishwasher did a poor job of drying the dishes.

    Well they told me I would be able to pick it up in a week when I purchased it. Then it turned into a month, then 2 days later it turned into 4 months so I canceled my order. It really sucked because I like Best buy. It wasalet down.

    Might as well flush your money down the toilet. This dishwasher has never worked for more than a few cycles without needing service. We have replaced our entire plumbing system as a result of LGs “solutions” to no avail. Best Buy passed the buck to LG and LG will just keep sending technicians who will not even open it before blaming someone else. Meanwhile we wait days, take off work and have been washing dishes by hand for 3 months. LG, just honor the warranty and take it back! Life is NOT good.

    Everything I have is LG and I LOVE the brand.I just bought this dishwasher and have used it 4 times. All on extra dry but the dishes and the inside of the dishwasher continue to be wet. And not just a little wet. Is that usual for this model?

    It has taken me this long to gather my composure to reply. Purchased Amana had to return as it was awful. Salesperson stated because it was an Amana so I purchased LG upon their recommendation. It does not dry properly,the bottom rack continuously fall off each time you pull it out and falls off knocking dishes over. I’m so disappointed, frustrated and disgusted with this dishwasher and BestBuy. When they installed knocked a piece of the cabinet off and can’t even comment on underneath with the flooring. I called Best Buy to no avail. I would not recommend either. Such a disappointment

    How should I know? I bought it and they can't deliver it. They sold me something they do not have stock for. Hopefully, I'll win the $400 incentive for leaving this review. And by the way, I bought and paid for two of these. I don't have either one.

    The install and installer were a disaster! Installer didn’t have a clue what we was doing. Was impatient and cared more about getting in and out. Didn’t hook up the hoses correctly, leading to mass water everywhere after he left. Didn’t double check his work and didn’t have the right tools for the job. Best Buy needs to do better on what 3rd party they work with, because I had a horrible experience. After all said and done the dishwasher didn’t fit and had to swap it out for a different one. Hasn’t been a pleasant situation.

    I got a lemon.

    I want to give it 0 stars but it won't let me. Dishwasher failed on the test run. Install crew was long gone. Service crew came to repair three days later but were unable to fix. I am waiting on a new one to be delivered. The wait is expected to be minimum 10 days. If that one works well, I will give a good review. Not happy.

    The second time I attempted to wash my dishes it stopped working and had an error code 0E. We followed all troubleshooting to no avail. Best Buy sent a repairman out but he could not get it to work. We decided to return it and get a different brand. Hopefully the new dishwasher will work.

    I am not thrilled with this purchase due to inconsistency with drying and cleanliness of the dishes . Even using the “extra dry” settings - when it says “ cycle complete “ there is Rct’s water not only on the top but in the drain below .
