Drain Issues.

Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I absolutely hate this dishwasher... if you have it located somewhere that you never stand at it is a good dishwasher.. but mine is in a location where I do prep and serve the food over counter... whenever you just bump into it, it turns on and sometimes its even started because I hit that mistakenly... it does clean well, its quiet but I will never ever buy another front touch screen washer...

Posted .Hello there, MikeK. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We understand that the touch controls on your LG Dishwasher (LDFC2423V) may be activating unintentionally when bumped, which can certainly be inconvenient, especially in a busy kitchen environment.
To help prevent this, you can try enabling the control lock feature. This function disables the touch controls to prevent accidental activation. You can refer to your user manual for instructions on how to activate it, or feel free to send us a private message on Social Media @LGUSSupport, and we’ll be happy to guide you through the process.
