A Bad Experience

The person who was supposed to install it did not have the right hoses, wanted to make us responsible, and did not speak English, and all was extremely difficult. Then, too, it was shockingly difficult to contact customer service or get a callback. The upshot is that we valued our peace of mind and cancelled the purchase.

LG dishwasher replacement!

We followed all troubleshooting to no avail. Best Buy sent a repairman out but he could not get it to work. We decided to return it and get a different brand. Hopefully the new dishwasher will work.
