    Bad dishwasher and service

    It has taken me this long to gather my composure to reply. Purchased Amana had to return as it was awful. Salesperson stated because it was an Amana so I purchased LG upon their recommendation. It does not dry properly,the bottom rack continuously fall off each time you pull it out and falls off knocking dishes over. I’m so disappointed, frustrated and disgusted with this dishwasher and BestBuy. When they installed knocked a piece of the cabinet off and can’t even comment on underneath with the flooring. I called Best Buy to no avail. I would not recommend either. Such a disappointment

    How should I know? I bought it and they can't deliver it. They sold me something they do not have stock for. Hopefully, I'll win the $400 incentive for leaving this review. And by the way, I bought and paid for two of these. I don't have either one.

    The install and installer were a disaster! Installer didn’t have a clue what we was doing. Was impatient and cared more about getting in and out. Didn’t hook up the hoses correctly, leading to mass water everywhere after he left. Didn’t double check his work and didn’t have the right tools for the job. Best Buy needs to do better on what 3rd party they work with, because I had a horrible experience. After all said and done the dishwasher didn’t fit and had to swap it out for a different one. Hasn’t been a pleasant situation.

    Well they told me I would be able to pick it up in a week when I purchased it. Then it turned into a month, then 2 days later it turned into 4 months so I canceled my order. It really sucked because I like Best buy. It wasalet down.

    I got a lemon.

    I want to give it 0 stars but it won't let me. Dishwasher failed on the test run. Install crew was long gone. Service crew came to repair three days later but were unable to fix. I am waiting on a new one to be delivered. The wait is expected to be minimum 10 days. If that one works well, I will give a good review. Not happy.

    The wheels come off from the track all the time. We should have gotten a dishwasher with the silverware container on the door.

    I am not thrilled with this purchase due to inconsistency with drying and cleanliness of the dishes . Even using the “extra dry” settings - when it says “ cycle complete “ there is Rct’s water not only on the top but in the drain below .

    Do not buy! Very loud like a cheap apartment dishwasher. Very happy with other LG appliances very disappointed with this dishwasher. Wish I could return it

    DOES NOT CLEAN DISHES. The machine does not work. The soap try does not open during the wash cycle. Total waste of money. We are handwashing dishes as we look att he uselewss box under the kitchen cabinet.

    HORRIBLE - 52 dba is a joke, this thing is LOUD. Outer frame is plastic with a thin stainless steel lining. NO HEATED DRY DO NOT BUY

    A little disappointing.

    The washer sold or 529. I bought the install kit for 40 and paid 180 for installation The initial install date was pushed out a couple of weeks because the driver thought it was only a delivery, not a remove and install. The first unit was eventually delivered and installed, with a 400 "surprise". The installer said he had to install a new outlet that was gfci even though the direct wired original unit was on a gfci breaker. He put an outlet on the end of the existing wire and charged 250 for that. I could have done the work myself but they said they could not install the new unit if I did the outlet work (worked as an apprentice for a couple of years). Then they removed the water hammer arrestor and installed their own (screw on removal and install) and charged me 150 for that. When it came time to level it up I managed to stop them as they were raising the counter and messed up the 45 degree angle on the counters. They finally got it level, turned it on and said "all set". The door was not closing correctly (had to slam it) and they said we needed a replacement. We ran it a few times and it failed to complete, complaining there were too many suds even if we ran a cycle with just water. New one showed up. Installers hit our outside basketball hoop and bent it. They got out of the truck and looked at it but never said a word. They iinstalled the new unit and removed the defective one. As they were preparing to leave I told them the hoop was probably coming down this spring but I would have appreciated it if they told me they hit (I have a ring camera and watched them hit it, get out and look at it, move the truck and go about their business like it did not happen). I don't think I will buy another appliance from Best Buy in the future.

    I bought this dishwater because it was rated the best dishwasher by Consumer Reports, deservedly so. I like its streamlined look, and more importantly, how well it cleans dishes.
