The dishwasher does not complete the cycle unless the rinse liquid is added. Other dishwashers don’t need the rinse. It gives an error message (be) if rinse not added to the machine. Not impressed with this product.

Not the best rack design. Difficult to load bowls. Just overall very basic and not very adaptable. Noticed too late that warehouse had strapped unit and dented the rear of the tub so I recommend diligence in looking over the products as soon as you unpack them.

It cleans fine, but it is noisy, the bin spikes are too close together for my plates, so it's a pain, and if someone leans against the counter where dishwasher is installed, very often one's hip turns it on! I wish I had chosen a different product.

This dishwasher is much noisier than my previous LG. Also, the cable that keeps the door from slamming down when opened is either broken or missing. LG is sending someone to repair it, but you kind of expect it to work on a brand new dishwasher. Also, the regular cycle takes 3.5 hours!!

I really wanted this model, because it was the least expensive of the top rated models by Consumer Reports. Alas, any buyer should be aware of the depth of this unit, about 2-1/2 inches deeper than some other models. I've had to return it in exchange for a slightly more expensive LG Dishwasher that will fit my narrower under-counter space.

It takes a long time to wash. Also, no energy saving choice. Another thing is that if you touch it, it powers on and isn't easy to turn off.

Long cleaning cycle and disappointing cleaning power. My 20 year old Whirlpool did a better job of cleaning dishes. The only positive with this replacement is it is much quieter running. Would not recommend.

The utensil holder leaves more to be desired and the racks are just okay. The holes and such for mounting the dishwasher to prevent movement could be better placed and the system to level the thing left something to be desired. Also the spring is subpar

Works fine. Cleans fine. No problems I don’t use it much.

Very quiet and looks nice but the bottom rack does not stay on the track. End up having to fix the rack every time you pull out the bottom rack to load and unload.

Dishwasher is really loud but dishes are clean. Dries better than the average dishwasher. Would have given 4 stars if it wasn’t so loud.

First time I used it the hard water stays on in the stainless steel cover. Not automatically turn off power once it finished it just word end not like my old one power light completely off. But it’s nice outside

It seems to work just fine. The problem is that it didn't come with a power cord. It also requires that a cord be made so it can be plugged in (with there being a junction box near the lower front of the machine. There was nothing to hold the water removal hose anywhere on the machine.

Sir far the product works fine. 4 star as the displays look cheap. The finish in general look somewhat cheap.

DOES NOT DRY DISHES. HAVE TO HAND DRY OR SET OUT TO DRY BEFORE PUTTING AWAY. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

The dishwasher runs fine, the cycles are a bit long. The biggest issue with a dishwasher is the bottom rack. It comes off the track very easily

I got a broken unit and wouldn’t drain properly. But did wash what it had clean and water didn’t leak or anything. Overall if you’re unit drains should be good.

wash cycles are too long. It is quieted does a clean job. Solid closure and good imitation stainless finish.

Decent dishwasher for the price, but the drying is horrible. All the dishes are dripping with water when the full cycle is complete.

The rinse aid compartment leaks on filling. I tried LG support with no luck.
