This unit is a good worker so far. Our previous unit had a main board "fry" so were left in a lurch. Were grateful this brand was on sale and this unit was available for install. Whew! Time will tell how it does.... here's to seeing 10-12-15 years with a working dishwasher!!

Flat out perfect dishwasher. Easy DIY installation and easy to use. The extra dry function is great for busy cooking and hosting (completely dry dishes). The delay start is our favorite, set for 5am and dont at 7am wakeup. Also, turbo cycle with no extra dry function on washes dishes in just 1hr, with the dish washer stacked. Also, the multi height draws, cutlery draw and anywhere placeable utensil holder is great. One major flaw, the dishwasher is quiet in most aspects, however it contains a very low hum, deep, and depending on the design of your home and kitchen it can resonate significantly. However, compared to the 2000 model plastic dishwasher we had, theres no comparison. I got this on mega sale in bulk price with a expensive stove so its definitely great value for the normal list price regardless.

Very quiet operation. Uses much less water than older unit it replaced. Numerous cycles to choose from and dishes come out spotless. Delivery and install was very convenient and professional.

Easy installation fairly easy to use just don’t like the cutlery tray like I thought I would and don’t care for the beeping and little songs when you turn it on and touch any button

Very, very easy to set up and install. I’ve only ran a test cycle, but it was quiet. Got this for my mom and she likes it, so that’s all that matters:)

This dishwasher has pros and cons. For the pros, it runs very quiet compared to our old unit, lots of setting options for cycle, looks nice in the kitchen, extra top tray for cutlery. Now the cons, it doesn’t dry well. The top tray being plastic it holds a bunch of water, and since the door seals so well it builds up humidity and never drys. If you leave it like this it smells horrible in a couple of days. Since we didn’t use the top tray we removed it and that helps but I still wipe it out with a towel after unload the dishes. I would look into other models before purchasing this one again, but hopefully it lasts a long time and I won’t have to worry about it.

While I am very unhappy with BestBuy and their services after purchase, I am very satisfied with the LG appliance at this time. So far the item works quietly, and cleans very well.

I really liked my old dishwasher. I didn't know if this dishwasher would compare with the old one. much to my surprise, this dishwasher is impressive. the old one was very quit, this one is even quieter. the racks are very different than my old unit. Will need to adjust my loading technique. The collapsible tines are a real plus. The tines is the bottom appear to be for a left handed install. Just some getting familiar with the loading process will solve that problem. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase.

I have been very pleased with the LG dishwasher. I have had it for about 2 years and it is holding up very well. My biggest complaint is the dishes are still extremely wet after every wash even with the drying cycle.

In general, it gets the job done. The drying function could be better. It seems I still have to shake off the excess water from the items before putting them away. I love the 3rd rack as it allows cleaning of extra silverware, spatulas, odd shaped items, etc. which don't fit well in the other shelves. I also like the main rack is adjustable

We’ve had this dishwasher for one month and are very pleased. It cleans very well, and runs quietly.

I like it overall but was quite disappointed to find out after the installers left that it does NOT have cup shelves as specified on the specifications page. I was specifically looking for a dw that had those as they allow for more small items to be loaded on top like my old Maytag that this replaced. I paid an extra $150 specifically for this model rather than the one step down model (with no third rack) because at that time the specs for that one said it did not have cup racks. I didn’t care about having a 3rd rack and have used it for a couple knives only 2 times in the 2 months I’ve had the machine. But NOW the cheaper model (no 3rd rack) specs say that model has cup racks too, but I really don’t think it does either. Best Buy and/or LG need to correct the specs pages. If it had said that at the time, I would have chosen the cheaper model as I have little to no use for a 3rd rack that you can’t put much on it anyway. Perhaps, if for no other reason, the extra 150 has been worth it because it’s 2 decibels quieter (48) and we’ve enjoyed that feature since we have a kitchen/den combo with a tv that is on a lot. Whatever you do, DO USE a rinse agent, as they recommend. It makes a HUGE difference in how dry the dishes, especially plastic ones, get. Overall we like the machine but I don’t think it holds quite as much as our old Maytag. That might be true of any newer machine though— especially with no cup racks.

Time will tell, but initial quality is fantastic. Does a great job. A bit slow on normal settings, but under normal circumstances it makes no difference, and for abnormal circumstances there is turbo mode. Energy savings never hurt.

We have had this a little while now. My husband installed it and I would recommend hiring someone who knows what they are doing. He struggled. I probably need to read the directions to understand how to lock the touch screen feature. We constantly bump the power button and have to push it back off. Other then that, this dishwasher washes my dishes. It is quiet and we are happy

Very quiet & leaves dishes clean with no prewash. Occasional moisture left on dishes but cracking door for a few minutes remedies & using rinse agent helps dry all crystal clear. As good as our previous old Bosch $$$
