I didn't want to buy an expensive dishwasher after having a decent GE go bad after only 7 years. This LG seemed like a good plan. It's louder than the old machine especially when it's filling but not too bad. Lower rack derails a bit too easily when pulling it out. But satisfied with the washing effectiveness.

Sat at home for 2 appointments you set up. Did not show up for either. I had to call and find out why. NO PHONE CALL FROM BEST BUY. I inquired about compensation for my time and was told “yes, but you have to call immediately after installation” which I did only to have customer service ask me for my phone # 3 times and my email address twice, then they hung up on me. The installation man who showed up, was outstanding. I cannot tell you how professional he was. Love to have him do another installation for me, but NOT from Best Buy. Your CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!

Fits and works great. Only thing better if it had a heating element to dry. If you wash before bed they will be dry in the morning. So far everything is coming out clean and it is quieter than my old unit. Still can hear it but it isnt that bad. Great product.

I love this dishwasher. Love the 3rd basket on top. Love the adjustable racks.

Awesome clean. Its turbo itself cleans pretty well. Pretty happy iwth performabce.

I love the storage capacity of this dishwasher. Gets dishes very clean. Does take a bit longer to complete a cycle than my previous dishwasher, but I like the timer showing how long until complete. I also recommend using the extra dry option, as the normal dry left dishes fairly wet. Overall very happy with this dishwasher.

Much better than my 25+ yr old washer it replaced. Took a bit of reading to learn how to run it properly but even this sr. gal figured it out. Cleans well even on short cycle, very quiet. One negative-wish it had one more fold down row of supports on bottom rack rather than the wide space. The idea of folding down the supports to accommodate odd shaped items is great

So far so good! We had an LG dishwasher and for whatever reason the Geek Squad wasn’t able to repair it, but they did take $100 to let us know that. So we were forced to buy a new dishwasher.

Very quiet and efficient washer. My old Samsung died so I figured why not try an LG. Very happy with the purchase. I always recommend getting an extended warranty for larger appliances. Definitely worth the extra cost.

This dishwasher has a great layout. Plenty of room and still has a third top rack for utensils if desired. Having a stainless steel tub is a MUST for me. I love the handle on this model - easy to grip for opening/closing. I also like the controls on the front rather than hidden on the top. These controls are so subtle that they do not detract from the appearance of the front at all in my opinion. Also pleased with low noise level.

This dishwasher looks great, washes dishes well and is very very quiet. It unfortunately does not dry the dishes AT ALL. I tried the "extra dry" and "night dry" setting with not much improvement. Thankfully, Best Buy was amazing and helped with an easy exchange for a different dishwasher.

Great so far! We have only used a few time and it does a great job of cleaning. The noise level is not too bad (very quiet compared to our 20 year old unit it replaced). I would recommend.

Solid quite dishwasher. I have two kitchens so this is my second LG dishwasher.

Our LG dishwasher has reliably cleaned our dishes since we first purchased the unit. I like that the unit is easy to operate, the touch controls and simple and intuitive to use. The dishes always come out spotless and the 3rd rack is a feature really makes cleaning silverware and larger utensils convenient.

Handsome product...looks great in my kitchen. Very versatile interior.

It's everything we were looking for and easy to use.

My only complaint is the drying. It does not dry the dishes completely. That was expected after reading other reviews though before purchasing. Just crack the door after it finishes and hang a towel over the door so it will help dry faster. Sounds crazy, but it works.

It is very quiet, has a nice appearance, and a solid build quality. The racking system leaves a lot to be desired. There is some level of adjustability, mixed sized glassware is a challenge to load, and the racks are thin and seem flimsy. Overall, we are pleased.

Easy to use, intuitive controls. Lots of flexibility for placing different types of dishes, bowls and pots. Quiet and cleans well.
