I thought this would be a good compromise replacement for my GE Profile. Sadly, it is not a good compromise at all. It is smaller and the racks feel flimsy. I did not think I would miss the features of my old washer, but I do. The cycles take forever on this unit and there is not heated drying which is much more of an issue than I thought it would be. Also no sanitize (my bad I missed that in description) If I had bought a base model dishwasher, I would not be any less impressed.

Love the fact that you can put dirty dishes in with out rinsing , I just wipe them off. They are clean even if I do not start the dishwasher for a couple of days

The third tray for small utensils is a big plus, and the sound is so quiet that I hardly noticed it’s running. No fingerprints for print proof color. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

Only problem is that handle on silverware basket geys in way when loading & unloading silverware. Also need to leave door open after use to finish drying interior

This thing is louder than my old Whirlpool. Between the water running and draining the motor starting and stopping, It's the only thing I can hear clearly upstairs on the opposite end of the house. the entire back side is covered in sound deadening material but really it need sound proofing up front in the door and bottom portion which is a huge design flaw. The "Whisper Quiet" claim is a huge misrepresentation and borderline lie! I feel disrespected as a consumer and LG Brand enthusiast.
