However, the delivery guy refused to wear a mask. We have 2 small kids and he refused after asking several times. Best Buy states that these people can wear one upon request.

The rack arrangement is much more usable and thoughtful and the unit runs almost silently. And the delivery and installation with Ali was seamless

The top utensil rack is really helpful for items such as spatulas and long carving knives

I was limited in choices due to installing hardwood floors without changing cabinets. Fit perfectly. Works great. Love the adjustable racks, ensuring all the dishes fit in.
