Our GE Profile dishwasher just up and died after about 7 years of us and we did a lot of research on a new stainless dishwasher and settled on this one. The installation by Best Buy was quick and hassle free. The dishwasher is very easy to use, plenty of different cycles and options. So far, so good! The dishwasher is very quiet (definitely quieter than the GE Profile we had) and the cycle is very clear when it’s done. Our dishes come out sparkling clean and DRY. We’ll see if this goes the distance, but I’m very happy with my purchase.

Need to reset it frequently

First time they later came back on somehow after hours. Called the second time as it was not coming back on after a day and it was/is under warrantee. They walked me though the dishwasher reset procedure. Go find the breaker for the power to the unit. Turn it off, Then hold down the start button for 15 seconds. Then go turn the breaker back on. It worked but this happened like 5 times within 10 months. It's not that convenient to go to the breaker panel. This should not be normal SOP. None of my other appliances fail like this. Happy with the cleaning and low noise but this should not be considered normal.

It does get fingers prints on it a lot because of the stainless steel finish, but I expected that. Compared to my last dishwasher this one is VERY quiet.

The price isn't too high up there, it has very good capacity, and it pretty much gets the job done. I would suggest checking it out in store first before buying because there's another model that's very similar which adds a compartment for washing utensils
