Wish I could have seen it in the store, however. Compared to my previous LG, the racks are less flexible for loading dishes and the silverware basket has no larger slots for utensils unless you give up half the basket space.

So we asked the management company if we could buy one and they said yes but we have to pay for it. Best Buy has always been my place to go it was worth the money.
