We have not been able to successfully wash dishes using this machine. It has had drainage issues, water pump issues, control board issues, which have all been replaced and it STILL doesn't work right. There is only one servicer in our area (and I am not in a rural area) so it takes weeks to get someone to the house, then weeks before they can fix what is broke (each time). If the servicer fails to show up, LG just says we'll just reschedule... which takes another 2-3 weeks. LG won't replace the machine until the servicer says it is "unfixable", which they have yet to do. WORST PURCHASE EVER!!! Nothing better than spending many hundreds of dollars on a dishwasher that doesn't wash dishes.

Doesn't seem to wash the items very well I have to completely almost rinse every speculator off I use Jet-Dry and cascade, ruined my Tupperware with white spots. So now I'm only putting plates in and coffee cups and have to wash everything off by hand I don't know I might return it just very disappointed

You're constantly accidentally bumping into it. Turning it on and off, so annoying. Do not buy
