Dishes are never dry, and we've only had it for 2 months and it's already giving us an error code. Turns out when it has an error code there is no way to cancel it so it runs forever and continues beeping and flashing the error code until you cut the power. Find a different model, this one isn't worth the hassle.

To buy a replacement dishwasher, we would have had to pay almost twice the original price. Had to go to the store for a full refund. Good customer service in person.

Worked maybe a month. Had to wait a month for a repair man to come out. Had to wait at least another month for it to be fixed. Only been able to use it a handful of times since this summer. They knew of this "condensation issue", but kept selling it with this defect!

High fire hazard appliance

I pulled it out noticed continuous sparks and fire crackle noise under the dishwasher. I assume it is the power board that caught on fire according to reviews online. I would stay away from this appliance as it probably would have set my house on fire if I wouldn’t have been home to realize it promptly.

Broke in two weeks

Days of troubleshooting, checking for obstructions and removing the unit to look everything over, reinstalling and triple-checking everything and no success in resolving. Unfortunately due to delivery delay it quick working one day after return window closed. Absolute garbage machine.

Also I had Best Buy protection plan bought but geek squad just forwarded my request to LG and they are taking own time to fix it. I am going to be without washer for 10-15 days and geek squad saying yes you can wash dish by hand. Never buy geek squad

All troubleshooting tests confirm proper electrical hookup. Unit is getting power up to the control panel. Control panel will not engage. The first time they dumped it off and did not install it saying that had to be ordered separately . So, i called them and ordered it and paid extra and the they did not show up .
