The problem is, and the reason we had to send it back, is that it does not dry the dishes. They are still wet at the end of the cycle and require hand drying. And yes, I added the drying agent.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this dishwasher in 2019, have had nothing but issues with it from replacing sensors, had to replace the pump, and now having to replace a heating element or control board…….im not sure yet cause the dang error codes are soooooo handy pfft. Biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent on the biggest piece of garbage on the market. Stay away trust me, go back to the simplest thing you can find cause it’s not worth the headache.

I can't connect the dishwasher to the app for diagnostics or remote control. LG Tech Support suggested I use a different network (how many networks should I have in my house) or switch Wi-Fi providers. The description of this LG Dishwasher does not disclose the 1"2.4GHz restrictions. Customers only find out about this after installation. Everything in my house works just fine on the existing Wi-Fi network. Only LG has a problem. Somehow that's my fault.
