It does seem to work better after using a rinse aid which never used with our previous dishwasher. Third rack doesn't have it's own wash, so doesn't seem to get as clean as if using the basket in low rack.

We have not had any problems with the drying function, and it is so much easier to fit our dishes into this one (as opposed to our previous Bosch).

Replaced my 7 year old Bosch. The Bosch's racks held way more dishes and had tighter spacing between the slots. This will do but can definitely see cost cutting on this model by the manufacture.

Sadly however, Doesn’t fit as many dishes as my previous dishwasher. (Lacks spacing to place bowls for example). Also, the cutlery holder has the handle right in the middle rather than the end Otherwise a good washer.
