Some of the prongs on the third rack broke off easily but that was likely because I put a large knife there. It gets some condensation even on the long dry/overnight dry setting

I took 2 stars away because the inside stays wet, even with the extra heat dry. Maybe mine is defective? Any one else having drying issues? Wish it had a dry and or heat plate cycle
