This machine is good until it stops working. 7 months owning this and it is giving us error already. Called LG customer service and the simple steps to hopefully clear this error didn't work. They make you wait for few days to see if the problem will reset on it's own after doing the few steps... they push back on sending out a technician. Either they don't have technician or they don't want to pay for their own warranty. If you are unable to get on your knees to unscrew the kick plate and are not too mobile to turn on and off our circuit breaker in the basement, then you're going to be very unhappy customer like me.

Unfortunately it does not completely dry the dishes on any cycle. The racks feel cheap and the placement of the silverware tray takes up space.

Had a Samsung that died 7 years to the day. Shopped around and after having good luck with LG’s washer and dryers I thought it was the right move. Long story short.. it doesn’t stack dishes really well and if you have any dishes to close to each other it leaves food on them. The racks are hard to roll or pull out. The cycles are really long and it still has water on just about every item in the dishwasher. Tried to return it and it was going to cost me $300 just to hire a company to take it back to the store. So I’m stuck with a dishwasher that I’m not happy with and does a somewhat cleaning of the dishes.

Had this installed in December of 2022 and now it is very unreliable. The control panel flickers and beeps ovet and over and most times it just aborts the wash. Reading the reviews and other websites online this is a common problem. Stay away.

Well packaged and easy to install. Very good instructions. So far, so good as the dishwasher works well and is easy to use. This is the second LG dishwasher we have purchased . The first one lasted 13 years and was still working, but noisy.
