Installation was part of my contract but when it was delivered the delivermen said they couldn't install it. They told me to call a plumber. After chatting online and calling Best Buy I would have to wait another 4 weeks for installation with no guarantee I would get the same men. So I paid $148 .00 to have it installed!!

I had to call and find out why. NO PHONE CALL FROM BEST BUY. I inquired about compensation for my time and was told “yes, but you have to call immediately after installation” which I did only to have customer service ask me for my phone # 3 times and my email address twice, then they hung up on me. The installation man who showed up, was outstanding. I cannot tell you how professional he was. Love to have him do another installation for me, but NOT from Best Buy. Your CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!

It is just easier for us to throw the silverware on the third top rack. I never had a dishwasher with a stainless steel interior before. It is so pretty! Doesn’t completely dry the dishes but no dishwasher ever does. I have never bought LG before. I am hoping that this LG model lasts for many years to come.

Wish the installer had checked it before he left. The second dishwash was delivered but they would not install and the first one taken away. The pipes were not closed off so when the sink was run water gushed out under the sink. The third time out they installed and all seems to be working. This dishwasher is good. We can only hope.
