Some of the plastic objects were somewhat wet but when I use "Extra Dry" that seems to solve that problem. I'm not sure it takes 3 hours to wash and dry the dishes but that is what it shows. But it does do a good job. Like the extra tray on top to clean the utensils.

First he said the tubing provided by BestBuy is not long enough however he said he can attach a piece and make it work however he will have to charge me. Then he took out the tubing provided by BestBuy and said it will work. Then he said BestBuy did not include a shutoff valve said he will have to charge me $125.00 I said go-ahead since I had no choice. This is a outside contractor not employee of BestBuy.

This one has a 5 year warrenty and so far is working well. I do more during the winter and some baking and cooking with cooler weather. The front panel controls and the timer is nice but do miss a towel rod.

Top shelf is worthless
