Poor excuse for a dishwasher

I am sorry to report that this was a very bad decision on our part. First, the third rack at the top for large serving spoons, etc makes it so that the middle rack must be mounted lower in the dishwasher and then the bottom rack must also be mounted lower. The whole setup means that the water arms must be so close to the bottom of the racks that they hit the dishes that stick even just a fraction of an inch below the racks. Another contributing factor are the racks themselves. The bottom of the middle and lower racks are poorly constructed so that the things like bowls with their curved edges stick out below the rack so that the water arm hits them, interfering with the water flow. Sorry to say, we are past the return date for this item and we'll have to live with it until it dies. Perhaps we'll get lucky and it will die quickly.

I think I made the perfect first choice. This is perfect for a 2 person household. I wash every other day, even though it has a half load cycle. Very quiet.

Was supposed to have a delivery with install 4/9. They came to deliver and the entire front of the dishwasher was dented in. Called the next day to reschedule for 4/16. Today is 4/15 and even though i received an email confirming the appointment, the app doesnt show anything and tells me to schedule an appointment. Called them today and apparently I have no appointment tomorrow. They rescheduled AGAIN for 4/25 (now a month out from purchase and a $250 installation fee) and I suspect the same thing will happen because even though i received an email that it is scheduled, the app is still asking me to schedule a delivery (which doesn’t work). I asked if i could just cancel the order and reorder, but apparently it is “shipped” so I cannot do that either. They also convinced me to join total tech when I purchased, but have yet to price match me despite my app showing the product for $100 cheaper than I purchased it for. I’ve asked three customer service reps and been met with an excuse every time.

We understand that on many of our models, the display or power light may remain illuminated to indicate the cycle has finished or to maintain the "Night Dry" function if selected. To ensure the unit functions as you prefer, we recommend checking if the "Auto Power Off" feature is enabled in the settings menu of your dishwasher.

You can probably do better

I wish I would've looked at it more closely. The third rack is designed in such a way that it's shape limits what you can use it for. In my old dishwasher I could easily fit most cookie sheets/baking pans up there to take up less space below, but the way this rack is designed it really can't hold much. And the bottom rack could've used an extra row or two of prongs as there's a lot of wasted space down there that could've been used to hold more dishes. Even the placement of the utensil bin in the back seems poorly thought out as it limits what you can use the prongs beside it for. This dishwasher isn't really designed that well layout wise. I'd recommend looking at other washers.
