The first thing I noticed about the dishwasher is how quiet it is. I had to look at the front controls to make sure it was running. Then I put a Pyrex dish in the dishwasher. I had baked a chicken in it and the fat from the chicken and the duck sauce I had used was really baked into the dish. Normally I would have to soak this over night. I didn't even lay this in flat, but stood it up right on one of the sides of the bottom tray. I set the dishwasher for heavy wash. When the washer finished and I took out this dish, it was 100% clean. I was impressed. But then the other night I had another pyrex dish that also had baked in grease and sauce. This time I laid it down flat, so the dish faced the bottom of the dishwasher and set the wash for normal. It came out as clean as the one I had set to heavy wash. This is a great dishwasher. Although it is the exact same size as the one I had owned before, it has a lot more room inside. I'm able to put tall item on the bottom shelve that I would not have been able to do in my older dishwasher. There is also a lot more room for the silverware. The top shelve also holds more drinking glasses. I definately recommend this washer.

Our new LG dishwasher has truly impressed us! The cleaning cycles are powerful and thorough, leaving every dish sparkling clean. The utensil rack and expandable upper rack are wonderfully designed—you can fit everything from large pots to delicate glasses without any bending or hassle. There’s plenty of room for all our dishes, and the interior layout makes loading effortless. It’s also easy to wipe clean after each cycle, and the fingerprint-resistant finish keeps it looking beautiful day after day. The sleek, modern design blends perfectly with our kitchen décor, stylish yet practical. The only small challenge is that the control panel lights can be a bit hard to see when the dishwasher isn’t in use, but that’s a minor detail compared to its excellent performance. Overall, it’s the best dishwasher we’ve ever owned, quiet, efficient, and a perfect addition to our kitchen.

The diswasher really does a good job of cleaning, My wife liked the quad wash and the heat cyles,,,our utensils come out clean,,, But,, after may be a year or less we noticed an 'odd" odor,,,,well we thot we left something inside.nope we ran different brands of dishwasher cleaners ....u name it,,, not a drain hose problem...and the screen at the Botton we cleaned very, very often....it did not good. it had leak problem develop after 2.5 years.(we had purchased an extended warranty). The staff at the Best Buy in Idaho Falls are absolutely tremendous. and promptly honored the warranty. and we replaced with another LG, but this time with the actual stainless steel tub...The NeveRust,,,,we think is the culprit for the odors,,,When we unloaded a staff could smell, So the dishwasher performed excellently,,I thinks a door gasket would have stopped the leaking, by the way, but we are out of their in home service area and Best Buy chose to just replace,,,,, So hopefully the newer model with the full stainless steel tub with be the "ticket,,,And FYI,,,we are old goats (2) crushing 80,,,so not heavy use,,,,Burt that does not imply it sat for days,,,with food particles rotting,,,we usually rinse before loading,,,and usually we wash every other day,,,,,yes they are light loads,,,,,we would not recommend this model because of the persistent bad odor,,otherwise worked great until the leak

I have no problem with the dishwasher I have problems with Best Buy employees promising something and that never transpires. Order this dishwasher two weeks prior to memorial Day and was promised delivery within a week. 2 weeks later they set up a delivery. They're outsourced delivery gave me a text the time they would be here. Then they called and I didn't answer my phone cuz I was in the front yard watering my flowers and they said because I didn't answer my phone the delivery was canceled. Ended up going to their warehouse to pick it up nobody had a clue what was going on nobody could find it until after the salesman that sold me the dishwasher and promised me delivery saw me and then told us other employees to assist me. They actually found it didn't help me load it I loaded it myself and then I tried to return the unused dishwasher installation kit which was valued at $79 and I didn't need tried to return it and the box was torn slightly and they said they couldn't take it back that was the third time I had to go back there for assistance and it was challenged. The manager decided to accept the return and didn't offer me anything in return after it was supposed to be free delivery which it really wasn't because that was part of the memorial Day special didn't offer me anything no gift card no nothing. Not even apologies. This has been the third time that I've had so many internet orders messed up I will never shop at Best Buy again I've been shopping there since it has opened and I have had nothing but problems. To show you how long I've been shopping there I've ordered a DVD player when they first came out sent in the rebate with the original form and it broke I tried to return it to Best Buy just to simply replace it and they said because I didn't have the original receipt they could not exchange it. This was before digital tracking. I will never shop at Best Buy again even though I have a gift card for $30. I will only shop at ABC Warehouse and I'll share all my experiences with every single coworker for the state of Michigan. ABC Warehouse here I come to make a major purchase.

This dishwasher does a great job cleaning. We still need to figure out exactly what all of the different settings will give you. So far, It looks like you’ll need to add more time for dryer dishes. My expectation was using the automatic setting would give you clean dry dishes, but The dishes ended up still being wet. Going through the manual it looks like you’ll need to add more drying time to the cycle, which unfortunately means longer cycle times and using more energy with less cost savings. I’m sure we’ll figure it out and get exactly what we’re looking for with dry dishes.

We rented a condo that had this exact model of dishwasher in it. We were so impressed with how quiet it was, and did an excellent job cleaning as well. Good size, easy to load a lot of dishes and pans. It also has a 3rd top rack for utensils, maybe lids (only about an inch and half clearance). So when this went on sale, we bought it to replace our old one at home.

Dishwasher is great at what it does. Washes everything to beautiful clean shine and no leaks! Easy to use. Installers were quick and professional.

Had this dishwasher for about two months after my GE died out of nowhere. Wanted something with front controls since I think the top panel was fried from the heat on my previous one. Love the third rack and that the second rack is adjustable. Seems to be washing everything well and love that it is actually drying the dishes as my other one could never fully do that. Only issue is how sensitive the front panel is- it seems to turn on just by standing in front of it. But overall I am pleased and hope this one actually lasts

This machine has so much space and racks to use that loading and unloading is a breeze. The controls are very easy to use and the cycle times are quick. It also is very quiet, a big plus for a smaller home. I would certainly recommend this product for every household. It also looks sleek.

We have had this LG dishwasher for a month now - and absolutely LOVE it! We had a GE dishwasher we got in August 2019 and thought it was great at first, but it steadily started having problems until it finally just stopped working 2 months ago, so I was hesitant to buy another GE because of all the issues we had with it pretty much from the very beginning. The LG is QUIET! I barely hear it running and I am 10 feet from it. It also does an absolutely amazing job at cleaning - and after I have teenagers doing dishes, so after a couple of weeks of no dishwasher, yeah, you can say "STUCK ON!". I love the different modes it has, especially its "Turbo" which, in an hour, cleans the toughest dishes, all three shelves. I wasn't sure I would use or even like the 3rd top rack, but it is so very useful for utensils and odd shaped items, like Kitchenaid tools. So far, we love it. I will try and remember to update in a year :)

So far this dishwasher has performed excellent. Its quiet, fits a tone of dishes and everything comes out clean and spot free even with our well water. The only down side is the dishes are not always completely dry but this has been an issue with other dishwashers i have owned.

We purchased the parts and added the installation service for our new dishwasher. The team was super friendly and got it installed in under an hour! It’s easy to use, looks great, and our dishes come out spotless every time;)

This is a very quiet and fast dishwasher. it was very easy to install and get up and running by myself. it is easy to use and has great capacity. We have a baking side business, and this unit does 5 to 6 loads every day.

The 48dBA noise rating is no joke—it runs so quietly in the background that you barely even notice it's on. ​The cleaning performance with the Quadwash system is fantastic, easily tackling tough, stuck-on food without needing to pre-rinse everything. I also absolutely love the convenience of the 3rd rack, which is perfect for flatware and smaller cooking utensils, freeing up a ton of space in the main racks below. ​The stainless steel tub looks premium and feels like it will last a very long time, plus I've experienced absolutely no leaking whatsoever. If you are looking for an amazing, reliable dishwasher with great build quality, this one is an excellent choice!

I love the top row, where I can place all my utensils, including chopsticks! It has plenty of room to wash dishes, bowls, and glasses for a family of five!

This is the second one we own. We liked the first one so well that we decided to buy a second one as an addition to our new kitchen - because who doesn't need two dishwashers? :) We love that it has a high capacity with three racks and cleans very well. It's fast and quiet, it is easy to use, and it looks sleek

This dishwasher is very quiet when it’s running. Sometimes forget it even on. Cleans as advertised and has a ton of space for all kinds of dishes. Love the 3rd rack for knives.

This dishwasher replaced my 8 year old Thermador dishwasher I think it actually cleans better and runs for less time and is very quiet. So far I am very impressed with it. My husband loves the front display of the remaining time to complet the cycle. The thermador had a blue light on the bottom to display on the floor and he said he couldn’t see it and would open always open the dishwasher in heat dry as he could tell if it was done or not. Hopefully I get the lifetime out of this appliance. I just purchased the LG stove this past week. Queens like this year has been one appliance after another going to the appliance grave yard after 8 years of life. They don’t make them like the used to

So much better then the old dishwasher this one ended up replacing. It's simple to use, does the dishes well, and has a decent amount of space.
